5 dumbbell HIIT exercises you need to add to your workout routine! 1 - Starting with the thruster, an epic exercise that really targets the legs and shoulders. 2 - This lateral punch will fire up your core and improve your athletic performance! 3 - Moving on to the devil’s press, my favourite way to take the burpee to the next level! 4 - The ground to overhead is a great full body exercise, and make sure you use the legs and hip drive, to power the movement. 5 - Lastly, the jump jack press will burn out the shoulders and test your lower body strength endurance! You could make these into a circuit of 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest for 3-5 sets for a great workout! Take your results to the next level using my app! I enjoy all your workouts. But I’m liking these 30-60 minute workouts sessions of “no repeat” exercises. They are 30/45/50 seconds of work and 10/14 seconds rest. Maybe look in too these types of of HIIT workouts for your channel or the app. This video reminds me of said type of workouts.
Problem is doing these 5 will get you no where, and that's not how a lot of TH-camrs built their body😮... But I like the way you have built your body, you can help many
Fantastic channel ...and physique. Great functional exercises that aren't designed to turn everyone into raging meatheads. Congratulations and best wishes for your continued success🙏
Having once been very atheletic and now suffering with advanced degenerative discs disease in my early 40s, I advise against twisting the spine with an extended load. Just my opinion, but it looks like an effective and efficient way to grind you lumbar discs to pulp. Remember, spinal discs are pretty much avascular, which means no blood supply, so no nutrients or significant repair when their stressed. When they're gone, they're gone. By all means, stress your muscles, but avoid damaging things that have virtually no ability to regenerate.
@jelaianders4499 it's just my opinion, but rotating/twisting the back whilst extending the arms with a weight is likely to cause undue stress on the lower discs.
@@jelaianders4499 if you wanna lose fat cardio and eating less will have way more of an impact , if you wanna build muscle then hit the weights. Hiit is a very subpar way to train for any goal you may have. You will literally take 4 or more times longer to get the goals you want. Thus a time waste
@@AlexCrockford if you wanna get in shape do resistance training to build muscle or lose fat via diet and cardio. This and hiit in general accomplish very little. You can get much much faster results doing something else
These are useless and boring. These are for cardio and for cardio do something fun like sports, running, boxing, biking, swimming, or even walking. This is boring and useless probably won’t even burn much calories
I disagree 100%. If you do 4 rounds say 40 seconds on 20 seconds off, my watch shows 300 calories burned in 20 mins. I’m about 6’3” 210lbs so a little on the bigger side but still seems to work pretty well
A lot of tik tok no it all responding to these messages. You can make a HIT workout laying on the floor and standing up. Level changes boost your heart rate. You can have sex as a HIT. Thrust 40 sec 20 sec off.... It doesn't need to be complicated

Awesome Dude !! How long did it take for that change ?
until you see change !
Bel circuito 💪💪

What dumbbells weight did u use?
@@stema6068 8kg....
Per i lateral punch 4kg
Thank u bro
Thank you
Fabuloso👍👍👍
Excellent!
How many lbs are those dumbbells? Trying this starting tomorrow.
Great, what is the weight of the dumbbell to use?
Whatever weight is difficult for you, but not too difficult of course.
Probably that punch exercise is the most arm intensive. I'd use something you can comfortably standard bicep curl ~20 times.
DOPE!
Devils press... does it help build back injuries or would it hinder it?
Hinder it if you don’t properly
Nice
How long are you supposed to do each? Or how many reps of each is recommended?
Read my pinned comment! 😄👊👍
How much should I be doing a week?
How heavy are those dumbbells?
maybe you create some workout with that excercises and another compound movements ? :D
Great bod
you present them too fast, but they are great, dynamic and fun
Wow I need abs like that😮
Ca we get one for beginners
Dude hit the worm during the burpee
That’s how to efficiently do a burpee ☺️👊
That's interesting🤔 I need to try that. Will I also get tone to? Also are those 5 or 10lbs dumbbells?
What weight should i use
Any reason I couldn't do these with kettlebells?
😂 I was just wondering if I can do these with my kettlebells
@@Ncogniigro great minds
use light ones though for this stuff bc it's easy to hurt yourself with heavy kettlebells, i speak from xp
Can I get breath tutorial to this exercises?
how much do these dumbbells weigh? 20lbs?
Your choice the more you use the more you burn
Only thing is don't fully extend the elbows on the punches (which the guy in the video doesn't btw, but for the folks at home).
My liver just got scared seeing u exercise ....can u do low intensity high impact workouts please
Tq
Fantastic channel ...and physique.

Congratulations and best wishes for your continued success🙏
And make sure not to let go of the weights while you go from each work out set.
How many reps per set?
Just do as many reps as possible in the 40 secs of work per exercise
Very nice body, motivates me to keep working out, i want to have the same "character"
That looks insane RIP belly fat 😊
Please, make a videos for those who have only one dumbbell
I have loads!!! Check my dumbbell playlist and see the one dumbbell only ones 👊
Looks hard
pain is simply weakness...leaving the body
Alex certainly hit the genetic jackpot. Handsome with a super physique. Jackpot.
Watching this video I’ll start with 5 pounds of dumbbells instead of 10 😂
🥰

Which exercises here does that? Because i didnt understand you lol, if you mind can you explain in simple terms and give examples?

Fuck Yeah!😄💪👏👏👏👏
You shouldn't use more than 2 kg for the shadow boxing one you show or you get your elbow injured, no boxer does that on heavy weight for that
are you natty!?
Ofcourse!!!
Great body, hot guy.
.
That burpees was sloppy ummm no thx
This is how you efficiently do a burpee
Different ways to destroy your joints.....
That's not HIIT... that's not cardio.. That's bullshit
Sure
This is agreat way to waste time
What, why? These are great moves though
