I felt like adding a bit of movement into my vacation day but was not really motivated. Proud to say I just completed this banger in my hotel room, on my beach towel and in my bikini.

My goodness that was a total ab burner after I’d done another 10 min truly intense ab burner the day before! I seriously felt that my upper abs were tearing! But I got through this one with several second breaks when I felt abs were tearing. Might have overdone serious ab work lately! Thanks for this one. I’m giving my abs a couple of days off now. ❤❤❤

Do modifications and don’t force yourself to move in a way that is painful or else you will get injured and will be unable to perform or cause issues in your later life 😢 it’s better to start early on but treat your body properly with a good diet high in protein lower in sugar and junk food, plenty of sleep, and days off from working out. If you start later in life it will take more time to build muscle and recovery takes longer. But it’s never too late. It’s important to not damage your body by restricting food or binging food or else you’ll cause hormonal imbalance and stunt your growth. I was anorexic and worked out too much in my developing years and caused many problems for myself.

this workout is so good. ✨️
love the mix, which is like;
abs- booty - abs - booty - abs
in each phase training the muscle group until the burn is so damn real and then getting a rest while destroying the other part.
it's really intense and efficient in my opinion since we only get rest times between changing the sides or from booty to abs (or the other way around) - a good example for progressive overload on the muscle in a gentle yet hardcore way - awesome! ♡
you should definitely give it a try, because anna's workouts are the best and are even getting more and more perfect each time. ⚘️

Anna, I love your workouts and this was a good challenge! One thing I noticed, though, is the stretches were for arms, and we worked abs and glutes. I feel like there should have been a focus on stretching glutes and hips. At age 57, I know that is what I most needed after the workout, so I did my own stretches.
