I've just tried this, find myself tired at five and a half minutes, and I've so saved it to do the rest later.
I'm shocked to find how bad my sense of balance is -- at the point early on, where you are leading us in shaking one foot while standing on the other: I had to touch, merely touch, a chair in order not to fall over. So there's some work for me to do -- and some hints for me to be looking for from you.
I deeply appreciate your skill, discipline, tradition -- and the whole package you have to teach me, and all of us.
