"If WE don't create better times, nothing's going to happen " absolutely! That's why these Asian philosophies resonate with me. We are not victims of what happened to us or waiting for a Creator to save us. We need to take responsibility for it and always turn it into our advantage. The Creator/teacher/universe/nature can give you the strength. But it is YOU that do the work. I am still learning this value lesson, but I am better today than I was before thank you🙏

Yeah loneliness is the worst for sure, problem is I don't have much to focus on. I work from home but my job doesn't require much focus can do with my eyes closed. Apart from that I live alone and these past 3 months have been horrific since I quit alcohol. Withdrawal symptoms have been ridiculous and I've only seen 3 people in these 3 months. Apart from that just here alone and just felt terrible and the overthinking has been too much for me. But it's finally getting better now since I've started on taking natural supplements.

    1. The Mind and Body are both as important as each other
    2. Sometimes you have to go through something, to develop something.
    3. You need others to support you, you cannot do this alone.
    4. You don't always directly approach, what you want.
    5. You know what you are capable of , you , yourself can bring this out. Potential.
    6. No matter where you are from , everyone deals with the same issues.
    7. Sometimes you must be a Warrior.

Anxiety, Stress or Loneliness often trigger overthinking patterns or unprecedented thoughts. It’s often past events coupled with “future events” just like a self-fulfilling “ prophesy that distort our mindset whilst forgetting that it is the present that we often forget. The present moment is what truly counts, where we are functioning, living- breathing beings. We waste so much valuable time & precious energy on crowded thoughts instead of living in the how & now 🙏 Thank you once again Shi Heng Yi for your human messages to the world- Amituofo 🙏❤

Implementing the lessons I learned throughout the years of lots of trials and errors changed my life trajectory and learning that there’s a yin and yang in everything or proton and electron in an atom because opposites attract, which means a night won’t exist without a day because they’re codependent and that’s just the nature of life. I wouldn’t have appreciated the power of kindness if someone was not cruel to me. I wouldn’t have realized the importance of growth if I didn’t see myself stagnating. I wouldn’t have appreciated the importance of health if I didn’t get sick. I wouldn’t have realized the importance of real love if I haven’t witnessed my parents’ relationship slowly fall apart. I wouldn’t have appreciated the importance of mindful money consumption if I wasn’t broke. I wouldn’t have appreciated the growth of my TH-cam channel if I didn’t start at 0.

@joncameau434 I was in a tough spot for 2 years. My emotions were in control. All my life, they were in control. They dictated my actions and thoughts. When through meditation, I figured this out. Emotions get triggered by our own thoughts and outside stimulus. Emotions are primordial instincts. Emotions are an explosion of energy. When you focus on the emotion and / or the stimulant, you feed the emotion with more energy, and it takes control of you. By ignoring it until that energy dissapates. It holds no sway over your higher mind, and all paths to an agreeable solution to the problem reveal itself to you in a calm, collected manner. I've gotten to the point where the emotions never rise at all. I deal with every situation with ease and joy.

@@TMCoachJonathan just feel it, and let it dissolve.
I have a tendency to wallow or revisit negative delusions even after they have passed.
Practicing letting them fade away and not bringing them back to life is how I would define “ignoring” in the above message.
It has made a significant difference in my journey.

@TMCoachJonathan I am very sorry I didn't see your posting. When I say ignore it. I mean, distract your thoughts away from it so that the energy swelling up in your gut will dissapate. It's that energy that overpowers our thoughts and actions. It's that energy that makes us react instinctively. By letting the feeling dissapate it leaves you, your higher self, free to look at the problem with a clear mind. I have done this successfully every time.

After a decade with daily teaching from Alan Watts, Ram Dass and Terrence McKenna I never thought I would find another teacher that I can relate to as well as those three, but I am so incredibly grateful to have discovered what Shaolin Master Shi Heng Yi is teaching! Thanks to everyone involved in bringing these teachings to TH-cam where all can benefit. Specifically, for me, the teaching where he uses his beads as a pendulum to illustrate what happens if you pull at what you want and when you push at what you do not want. Thank you, Shaolin Master Shi Heng Yi. I do listen to you daily.

Near you in Tennessee there is an ashram of an Indian guru, Sadhguru. It's called Isha Institute of Inner Sciences. They have free meditation and yoga classes once a month. Maybe you should take advantage of proximity and try it out.

"allow life run trough you". fire.
Its really the letting go of everything and let life take care of you. The nature is teaching us, but we have to let go. The ego conciousness vs unity conciousness. I'm not falling anymore for the deceptions of the illusionary self-image in the mind. Thats not me. He's a great teacher imo.

My son died in 1998 in a accident...i can't come to grips with it. Somedays yes somedays no. It's an awful emotional rollercoaster within my mind. I prayed so hard to God to send me another baby...six years later I gave birth to another boy. Then two boys were born as well. 2 grandchildren. I see my prayers answered by the gifts of 3 given to me. Why do I still grieve over my son😢he was only 13. If only I could meditate this away

I think it's not about praying and meditating it away. It might be more about accepting the things how they are right now. So, accepting the pain of your loss. I often have anxiety attacks, and when they happen, I say to myself in my mind that 'I have anxiety right now. My chest hurts. Breath. Feel.' As soon as I tap into the pain, curiously, it suddenly hurts a little less.

Hope you find a way to solve your grief and pain soon. Maybe whenever you try to come to terms with the accident your guilt gets triggered and does not allow you to come to terms with the loss as a mother. You need to exactly find out what feeling is making you uncomfortable Accepting the loss of children is definitely a difficult pain to overcome as we think that we are responsible for our children's happiness as we bring them in this world. Whatever is happening with you is normal for humans so please don't feel alone in this😢 By spirituality you can lessen the pain and you will need to find a way that suits you. Hope you find peace soon. Please take care❤🥲

Thank you Master Shi Heng Yi I wish I had learned this as a child. To focus on how best to deal with getting through all of the obstacles of life instead of thinking of ways to resolve/ change problems. To accept it is what it is and cannot be changed but to focus on how I can change my perception and control my mind and actions to face up to it. Therefore building a stronger internal resilience to that and any further issues that arise. I now understand acceptance is a huge relief it's not giving up. I hope I have understood your teachings Thank you so much. ❤

    Overthinking doesn't exist.
    folks always say "Go slower."
    they want to control you.
Rather, go faster.... go as fast as you can...... now edge it down till you can control the space ship easily........
Do not allow others to slow you down.

Togetherness can break the hard times trust love and truth breaks the pattern who tries to hurt u ... The eight fold path is the way to eradicate suffering ... When u know ... What is the cause of hard times and how it could be converted ... The peace is already there but one needs to recognise it ... With true love ... Anger comes when someone makes u angry the seed has been sown .. when there is injustice ... Anger is essential to transform if purposely somebody is giving u pain ...because of his/her ego ... A wise and mindful person knows how to use anger in what direction ...

The way to change the world is actually easyer than people think, you might think the world cant change but remember you actions and words influence the others, if you are good to others there is a higher chance those others will be good to others, creating a chain reaction, also you can share knowledge wisdom and goodness throug media, song, literature and even in schools, we are today the way we built ourselves, we can change whenever we want. There is much you can learn when you have enough time to meditate and reflect, after a couple months or years it can really be helpfull

Exactly how I felt all day today. Then suddenly, after many hours of suicidal hopelessness, the moment passed and I was suddenly myself again. What get me through is knowing that I have always gotten through, that there is always light that breaks through. It doesn’t last forever, but I just have to keep telling myself that the darkness doesn’t last forever either, even if the circumstances leading to those dark thoughts might not go away. It’s not the circumstances that cause bad thoughts, it is how I react and deal with them internally. I actually have found that the dark reactions are usually caused by stupid things I do to myself, like not making time to eat a meal, or drink enough water, or having a hangover, or lack of sleep, sugar intake, caffeine crash, etc. When my body is sober and chemistry balanced through daily food/drink choices, I always feel my best and can manage my overthinking and stress much easier. Hope you feel better champ!
