Make cabbage steaks all the time. Inexpensive meal. I also put cheeze, caramelized onion and 2 over easy eggs on top.

Tried your recipe, very good, especially the next day! I used lesser amounts of the spices Butter and a drizzle of vinegar. Baked 45 minutes on 350 f. This is the best one for cabbage steaks. There are several. I served with pork roast and baked potato with sour cream.
