@@truthtellerbelievethat1813Idk their reason but my reason isJust so much going on with meat. I took a class about Veganism and the first thing is to change your mind set. Then you have to detox and then I tasted so much food that tasted just as good as if it was meat and so I never looked back. You have more energy and just feel good. Pairing food is very important too.

Same here plant based and those cabbage steaks look good! As a vegan you can watch chefs not plant based as well and then, when you cook switch out meats or dairy and you can still make the same thing just putting your meat or dairy substitutions and it will still be delicious! And I love Tamela and her family so I’m always gone support her lol 😂

I like how she's cooking everything at once like you have to do. I can see if you're cooking one dish, but cooking a whole meal, master cooks not only have to make it all taste good, but juggle it all and don't burn the kitchen down!

I cook in nothing but cast iron skillets. Most of mine have been passed down from my grandmother because no one wanted them, so they are well seasoned. The food looks great!
My dad would start our summer off with 100lbs of Irish potatoes . A large loaf of bologna, A large round loaf o f salami and a large round loaf of pressed ham . It was 7 children in our family . French fries and sandwiches .during the beginning of summer vacation. .

Ever since I was a little kid ive always looked up to them an love their relationships. The fact that i am now 30 yrs old an i have been watching them since Ibwas able to wwtch tvsmd they are still going strong and they seem happy from the outside. Definitely looks good. I would’ve taken a skewer or toothpicks on the outside toward the middle to hold the stakes together instead of wasting them, but everything looks amazing and healthy. God bless!

This was an amazing meal, a different way to prepare cabbage, who would think we can have cabbage steaks 😮 I love using garlic also, because I stop using salt. We're so use to candied yams, we didnt miss all the syrup or sugar on them. We must learn to eat healthier for the sake of doing better. That's okay! let them act up now, because once you're finished they will be the first to come running for a plate 😂😂😂 So glad to see you back sharing all this deliciousness with us 💯🔥😋💯🔥😋 We all love you & the cameraman too! 💯❤️💯❤️

I love the Mamma Mann cooking videos because I get ideas about cooking and I think it is very helpful to beginning cooks.
I was convicted to say that my only concern and I say this with lots of love is the amount of salt used. Having had heart issues and remembering words from a heart surgeon, salt kills the heart. I want the Manns and the viewers to stay healthy.
