Homemade wild garlic gnocchi 🌱

Ingredients, for 2 generous plates:
1 bunch wild garlic
~500g floury potatoes, for mashing
~200g all-purpose flour
Salt pepper.
For the skillet:
5-6 mushrooms
salt
olive oil
smoked tofu
wild garlic buds
soy (or cashew) cream
hazelnut powder
lemon zest
flower of salt
👉 Cook the gnocchi in a fairly large volume of boiling salted water, in several times (twice for the quantity given here). They are cooked when they rise to the surface - check that some have not remained stuck in the bottom of the pan 👌
👉 Once the gnocchi are cooked, either transfer them directly to the sauce so they don't stick together. Either you cook them all in advance (which I did in the video), and all you have to do is pass them under cold water so that they come off without forcing 👌 You can then fry them at your convenience.
