- I have been buying cars like crazy lately and while that is fun to do and I have been able to make some really good content from them, it is time that some of these cars start to find their forever homes. Oh Ryan, how these cars take me back. Thank you so much for preserving so many of these beautiful machines. Many can't be saved but some can and that's what's important. I love your videos and your interest of cars from my younger years.

Sorry man but i dont do that, thats between buyer and seller, but i have them priced right so i dont plan to really negotiate much, these are fair prices for what they are in the current market
All they had to do was etch the metal before priming! I have a 48 Jeep that was etched and painted in 1968 and it has no reoccurring rust! Because I did it myself.
i wish they had, lol the bondo really looks like crap even thought the car overall isnt a bad car

Those Bel Air wagons sure take me back to my childhood. My folks had a 65 Impala. Always loved that car. It’s so odd seein em like this when ours was so shiny and, well, almost new. Time flies. Glad you’re saving them. Hope all these oldies all get bought and brought back to life.

Rescuing cars and getting them to run and passing them forward is one thing, but saving a farm has a much more dark tone to it ! Hope it all works out for you in the end, you surely earned it with all that work and the will to record it all for us to see.
Im not gona lose the farm lol, its not in danger. But i suppose if i dont sell any of these cars, id need to borrow more to finish shop and that wouldnt be good 🤣

Thats how everybody makes them smooth ryan...i would say a very old restoration..but it is a nice looking 62....back when i was your age...i had a 61 imp bubble top..i like the idea of what your doing with and for these cars

That 65 Bel Air wagon reminds me of my 66 before pans were an excellent condition but the frame was all rotted out the body was a little bit better
They seemed to do that a lot in the eighties and nineties. I’ve had quite a few cars almost completely covered in a layer of bondo. I even have a 65 Mercedes 220 Coupe that was done this way. It is all bubbled and cracked out but the car is actually fairly solid underneath.
Yeah it sucks because it really isnt a bad car
@@IowaClassicCars well, it doesn’t bother me too much in this case. I was able to buy a piece of art for basically parts car money and I smile every time I see it.
I owned a 60 buick lesabre station at one time, I loved the beautiful lines but after needing exhaust work I found it one patch on top of another or connecting, that and so much mud in the body and floor pan patches and one dead cylinder I decided to take an offer hoping someone might have the time and money to better by it

The one car I like is not for sale I don't blame you the Pontiac four door hardtop flat roof and the 59 Chevy four door hardtop are the same roof and great video. My buddy that's up there stays for 6 months and down here for 6 months where I am in vero beach fl. we are in a car club together we have a blast he said he is about 40 miles from you.

Yeah I've got a white 67 four-door HT original blue interior / 327 car myself. The people who bought cars for the show made an offer on it. I just never got back around with them. They told us that there was a lot of them out there. It might have been because they were winding down the show. But of course I'm guessing anybody had one with any interest to sell would likely contact them anyway. That shows been off the air for a while. Frankly I say I never watched the show but I did watch part of one episode until my son not to watch the show. My point is that there's probably a lot of them out there. So you should find one if you really want one. They had a little interest in my four-door post 67 Bel Air also. Thinking back they had a bit at least 5 years ago maybe six years. My son actually reached out to the show ask them if they would be interested. It's nice when somebody wants to fix up one of these older cars.

All of them will sell, maybe not on here, but i deal with people all over the world. Ive sold over 350 cars id say, i folllw the market pretty close and my prices are fair

The red SS 62 Chevy convertible is one of the best ones you got in the whole bunch of cars that's just my opinion besides your 59 them are nice too you can't find those anymore and I've looked

I would tell the 78 Ford Wrecker with a hydraulic winch and also a thing that comes off the back end of it to where I can pick up cars it's got plastic bumpers on it fantastic truck all numbers matching granny for Speed no 400 block granny for Speed love that kind of stuff have a great day man

I've got a car for sale too but it's got a locked motor, no title, no floors and I'm keeping the trans, frame, trim, dash, fenders, quarters, seats , trunk lid and tilt column.
well than that wouldn't be something id want. I know you're being sarcastic, but my cars are complete and will have titles for most of them. that's a lot easier to fix a car like that then one missing everything. And even the cars I have missing lots of parts, still have a lot of value for the wall hangers rear clips, doors, frame, etc.

What exactly do you mean by "will have title"? Are you doing the VT registration thing when you get cars with no title? Does that fly when they go across the pond?
I get titles in iowa. Totally legal and can be exported without issue
@@IowaClassicCars Here in VA, you can apply for a title under an "Abandoned Vehicle" clause. It can take several weeks to a few months. Is that what you do in Iowa?

The 59 with the rebuilt 64 frame, couldn't that frame be used for one of your Buick Oldsmobile types of car? You know Tim's friend Joe has at least one if not two of those 1965 Chevy wagons. Given his location frame ought to be good. The New York Oldsmobile club would be a great place to advertise the 52 olds with the 303 in it. A supercharged 303 should bring good money. Just finding the person that wants one. Also for the will it run video that club ought to be a great source for somebody who would lend you some time and knowledge if you desire the expertise.

since about 95% of cars came with options such as a radio, its more common that they "deleted" them vs "adding" them. i would never say a car was an AC delete, since only a small minority of cars got AC, but with something such as a radio, its a radio delete. in my opinion
