  • This is a 40-minute mindful yoga flow incorporating a full body stretch with some core-toning poses to increase your strength. We will utilize a few different techniques (breath + body connection) to bring you into the present moment. Improving your mindfulness in your yoga practice will help you enjoy the subtle benefits of yoga, such as improved focus, calm, peacefulness, clarity and quality of sleep.

    Well, I've been practicing yoga consistently every day since the COVID shutdown. So, that would be over a year and a half? I, too, had to take water breaks while doing this session. I thought it was tough, yet satisfying. I haven't worked this hard since my hot yoga class with the late ChiChi. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏💓💓💓💓💓💓 Namaste!

    Thought as a mindful flow this would be light and easy, but nay nay. Didn’t think I’d sweat this much! But what a wonderful session. It did promote that mindfulness for me. Thanks again Jessica!

    I haven't worked out in a week due to extreme summer heat and was feeling incredibly unmotivated but this one felt really nice. I'm having problems with my depression for the last few days but this was really calming ^-^

    Your classes always bring me such joy! This was a deeply satisfying flow after a long day of desk work (in a sweaty 27 degrees Celsius no less). I wasn't expecting this to be as dynamic as it was but I loved it! Discovered some muscles I didn't previously know I had. The end of the class brought a genuine smile to my face.     i really enjoyed this longer session. it was definitely a bit more challenging for me! it started to feel like hot yoga halfway through, built up a sweat haha. i loved how it was relaxing but still felt my strength being challenged! thank you :) your videos are my go to.

    I love your yoga practices! Clear instructions and I'm not constantly having to look at my TV for confirmation. I love that it's not chatty. Great voice. My cats come in and watch the TV while I'm doing practice. I would love more 1 hour beginner/intermediate sessions =)
