    I would love a healthy full length Costco video! Because of your short one, I went the next day and bought about half of the items. They didn't have the egg bites, but I found them at my local grocery store. At Costco I got the almond butter, albacore tuna, yogurt, and they didn't have the organic turkey but I got the chicken. I love these tips, thank you!

    I have gained 57 lbs in the last 2 years. I need to start the weight loss process. I'm 61, had a complete hysterectomy 8 years ago. Am completely out of shape exercise wise. I had done optavia 3 years ago and went from 165 down to 123. I gained it back plus more during covid. I want to be 135.

    I love how I feel when I eat like you. So glad a I found your channel! Your focus on getting enough healthy calories has helped me overcome an eating disorder and get my weight down. I’’m not at my slimmest, but I don’t really care anymore. I give my body what it needs, move it enough, and I feel like I look healthy, which is better than just skinny.

    I weigh myself everyday almost everyday , because it’s just how I stay motivated and can track myself and it doesn’t
    Matter if others don’t weigh themselves , it just works for me.

    I definitely needed this; I have surgery in a month and a half, and it's recommended that I lose weight to improve my surgical outcome. I know I can count on you to recommend healthy ways to do so that I can maintain even after surgery!

    Intermittent fasting can still be effective, but new studies show it's better to eat dinner earlier than to skip any meal/breakfast. Love your videos, thanks for sharing!

    I am struggling so hard right now to lose weight. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2004. My two worst symptoms are fatigue and vertigo. About a month ago I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Oh, and to top it all off, I just hit menopause. 😭 My energy level is at an all time low. Being on disability and married to a public school teacher, my financial situation is less than ideal. I am looking for affordable ways to feel better. Do you have any suggestions??     I’m 49 with Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism and in peri menopause. I’m gaining weight especially in my stomach and thighs. I walk a lot but it’s hard to work out because I have a lot of back pain. I never had a weight issue in the past. I am 5 ft 2 inches and about 150 pounds now. I’m super frustrated and depressed. I now crave sugar and carbs. Probably because I’m depressed and can’t sleep every night. 😢

      Have you had your hormones properly tested? You may need progesterone. Focus on lower carb, tons of veggies and moderate protein with every meal. Lots of magnesium to help you sleep.

Also walking is great but lifting weights is even better! A youtube channel Cheryl Coulombe workout over 40 female 20min FB8 is simple but effective!     ive been doing the same.. eating more earlier in the day (higher protein) and it has made me lose the stubborn baby weight with even exercising less, actually barely working out🫤. I only did it because i felt like i needed the energy/fuel during the day. Moral lesson: we need to truly listen to our bodies and trust it knows what it's doing. 😊

    right now for me there are two things I am struggling with. number one is consistency which i feel a lot of peoples struggles. one day i’ll eat really well and the next day it’s all takeout and sweets. the other thing is I don’t listen to my body as far as when it needs food. I feel like when I eat it’s nine times out of ten because I want to eat not because I’m hungry or I need nutrients. could really use some tips!!!

    I LOVE the Dr. Kellyanne bone broth!!! I drink it after lunch too. I tried making my own also. Really good. It’s AWESOME. I add a tiny bit of green onions or a pinch of salt! Mint gum will help the burps. Always helps me.

      I totally get that, I used to be obsessed with weighing myself multiple times a week. It's hard to let that go (especially when you want to see progress), but it's really freeing to only weigh in once a month or even every few weeks to start.

    Question: I’ve lost 35lbs in last year and a half, recently hit plateau, I’d found that IF was very beneficial for me in my journey so really wanted to stick with it however I heard you in this video ;). I also am struggling w/hormones (pre-menopausal) so do you really think taking out IF helped you? Or just do it less days?

    I don't weigh myself, just use how my clothes fit. The scale causes too much stress. The bone broth I have heard does really well.

    Have you ever struggled with feeling guilty over eating different foods? How do you balance eating healthy but still sometimes eating something that might be less healthy without beating yourself up? I'm really struggling with this. I'll either feel so guilty and not want to eat anything like sweets or fast food until I crave it so much does I just give up and eat all the foods.

    Have you had any issues with taking large amounts of biotin with having hypothyroidism? I can’t find much info on whether it actually affects your thyroid, but it can interfere with lab test results, so I’m hesitant to try Athletic Greens or other supplements with high doses of biotin because of this.

    Thank you for sharing this. I really wanted to be sure if fasting helps for hypo. Have been doing for 2 months, but haven’t actually lost weight… so maybe we need more meals to stabilize the blood sugars. It’s frustrating because we hear so many wonderful things about fasting, but maybe it’s not for everyone? Really on the fence here if I should try for longer or go back to have more meals a day!

    I have slumber party and love it but I wake up feeling still groggy and tired how early before bed should I take it. I usually go to bed at 9:30 and wake up around 5:30. Love you Katie!

    These videos are educational. ❤ I have cut many bad habits from my life this year. Im working hard to create transformation, but im still waiting for the resulta to come in spite of my efforts. For example: I have cut alcohol from my life. The only time i have a glass of wine now is when we go out to eat or go on vacation. And those things are less than 6 times a year 😂❤(we dont go to restaurants much)

      oh no really? They all come with the scooper...sometimes it's buried deep in there, but each scoop is about 1oz and has 20g of protein.
