If the average daily metabolism person (2,000 calories) fasted and ate absolutely NOTHING for two straight weeks they could lose 8 lbs. of fat. That is the only possible way. Any weight loss in addition to that would only be water weight. It takes a deficit of 3,500 calories to lose 1 lb. As an average height woman, my daily average metabolism, including activity is about 1,700 calories. That means I could not lose any more than 6.8 lbs. of fat in two weeks if I ate 0 (ZERO) calories a day. This video is false, and there is no healthy way to lose 8 lbs. of fat in two weeks.

5:50 🚶♀️ walking yes it’s been really icy here and I have these little coil things like baby yak tracks on the bottom of my boots but I haven’t been walking at all and I have the gear and hats and gloves and mittens and it actually was like around 30°F or a little warmer for the last week but I just haven’t been getting out and I was doing that before that was a huge difference so yes I work out and then I walk as well so got to get on that the problem is I’m hungry so I think if I prep my meals and then eat a snack like an apple or a few peanut butter dates or RX protein bar and then eat dinner.
I wanted to add that I do The Faster Way To Fat Loss program and it has everything in there the workouts the meals the nutrition the macros but I just wanted to see what other people are doing especially for women additionally I think really important is to do the intermittent fasting so basically I stop eating and drinking anything suffer water or tea by 8 PM and then I don’t eat the next day anything until 11 AM; and really do low-carb Monday Tuesday a.k.a. no alcohol. Oh there’s another thing that people do that they should do is eat more calories a lot of people just don’t eat enough calories and then they think you’re gonna lose weight but then your body doesn’t work right.
