I'm just starting my hypo healing journey. Your videos are so amazing. I get so disparaged--losing weight has been so hard, I'm 29 and my hairline is receeding and my hormones are all over the place. Seeing someone being able to live and thrive with this is goals💗💗
Just came across your channel. I have had Hashimoto’s for about 10 years now. I have been experiencing weight gain the last 4-5 years now, that is so hard to lose. I am often tired, low energy if I don’t follow a healthy diet/exercise routine. I also do celery juice on and off and find it really helps. I know that when I cut gluten out, I notice a huge difference as well. I also experience sore joints (especially when I’m off my healthy lifestyle) This inspires me to keep up with it and gave me some new ideas. Thank you 😊
To each their own but what I know has helped me, and many others, tremendously is going “ketovore.” I love this channel don’t get me wrong because I love how it’s upbeat and positive. But if you would like more info on “ketovore” and how it helps people suffering from Hashimoto’s I’d definitely check out “Neisha Loves It” I’ve been able to have all of my symptoms now in remission, lose the weight and I feel amazing! I know how you’re feeling and just thought I’d pass my opinion along. Best of luck ❤️
Lsf gives hope to a lot of people like you and me; we can be healthy even if we have challenges to overcome. It's so inspiring and comforting to know we are not alone ❤️
I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism and I’ve been really scared. I’m the heaviest I’ve been in my life and I’m facing all these health issues, including fainting and dizziness and like a crazy heart rate. I tried my best to learn what I can to eat better and I’m trying to pace myself with once a week visits to the gym (though it’s very hard with disabilities with my back and arms) It’s just been a whirlwind. I’ve been trying to find people making videos like these and by lucky chance I ran into yours and this gave me so much motivation and pep in my step to keep trying with my healthier diet. Thankyou so much for making these. Even just knowing and seeing multiple examples of foods I can eat and the advice and variety. I really appreciate you for this so much
These are my favorite videos! I followed your hypo meal plan and lost 3 lbs…losing weight is hard with hypo, even with balanced meal plans and exercise. I love to see new meal ideas!! Thank you!
Just found your page. So excited. I’m on a hypothyroidism journey. I gained 110 pounds, at first no one knew what the problem was. Went to Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota found I had tumors on my thyroid. So I was diagnosed with thyroid disease and para thyroid disease. I had my thyroid removed and now I’m on levothyroxine. But still haven’t gotten the dose right. It’s taking forever. I now am diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, kidney disease and it’s horrible. My skin is so dry, my hair and nails brittle. Cold hands and feet. Joint pain, tired etc. I’m so miserable. I am hopi g watching your videos can help me.
Congrats! I'm hypo too. Have any advice as to how you lost all that weight? I'm following love sweet fitness diet for a week now. Hoping it helps with the weight loss.
My 10 year old daughter was diagnosed with hypothroidism about a year ago and has been on synthroid since then. I love watching your hypo videos to get ideas for her! The dry hair that comes with hypothroidism is legit!
so glad I found your channel! I have hashimoto's thyroiditis. I've been trying to start my fitness and wellness journey and struggling to lose weight. I am addicted to sugar 😑 so cutting that out is hard. but seeing how you eat and swap things really helps!
Budget active wear yes!!!! I bought those $16 pants u talked about - 4 pairs! U know what's up! Your nutrition education has helped me so much ( thyroid kid) thank u! GREAT video.
just recently came across this channel as i was diagnosed with hypo in may of this year. i’ve always known that there was something wrong w my body: hair falling out, always cold, brittle nails, my eyebrows are now starting to thin. and i thought it had to do with my past ED history… which maybe could be related?? not sure, but this channel is SERIOUSLY helping me a ton w my journey on how to “manage” my hypothyroidism. i felt so validated when you mentioned that you can’t digest beef bc i can’t either!!! i CANNOT do any red meat and it sucks
I love all the tips for hypo! I was recently diagnosed with hashimotos but my levels are all normal still. They say I shouldn't have any symptoms yet,but I do. I will definitely be following for these tips to help!!
I'm the mother to 11 kids (all biological, same husband). im 42 years old and been noticing symptoms for a few years now. as a kid id get leg and foot cramps, particularly at night, low blood pressure, super dry skin and nails, moodiness, exhaustion, depression, low libido, really try feet (particularly weak nails), weight gain (i'm 5'5 and just over 176lbs) ive got a sugar addiction And enjoy too much junk food and eat too much processed as well. I have been getting sick a lot lately and have been struggling with a bizzare cycle for years. No signs of perimenopause yet. but ive been thinking i need to get my thyroid checked. ive always been told its fine, but ive only felt worse over the years. But i suspect, particularly im now in my 40's that my thyroid has gone bonkers.
Wow! I cannot believe I found your channel. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism early this year (feb 2021) and started taking levothyroxine at that time. We’ve had to up my dose a few times and my thyroid is finally in the “normal” range but I’m still not feeling 100% so I’m really trying to figure out diet and what I should (and shouldn’t) be eating to feel my best. Weight loss has been slowwww and feels like a roller coaster. Love that I’ve found your channel!
@@LoveSweatFitness thanks so much! I’m going to do a deep dive on your past videos! Being diagnosed with hypo has been the biggest blessing and curse lol!
Fantastic content🎉💖! Thank you for being real and genuine. I have had Hashimoto's for the last 15 years and only recently found out that patients with Hashimotos should go gluten free:( what are your thoughts on the AIP and gluten-free diets recommended for our situation?
I went gluten free for 12 months. It did not help my Hashimoto's. But when I went dairy-free from cows milk, my TPO antibodies (markers for Hashimoto's) started going down quickly. Plus, taking vitamin D3 at 20,000 IUs once per week helped the TPO antibodies go down even faster. Ask your doctor for the TPO antibody test when you go get blood work done at the lab.
Me too! I love my morning coffee! I was also diagnosed with hypothyroidism at a young age. I’ve been on meds same ones as you. I asked my doctor 2 years ago if I could do blood work to see if I had Hashimoto’s thyroid autoimmune disease. And Sure enough I do. I’ve always had a hard time keeping weight off my whole life. My body type is endomorph. Too the T! I’m 55 now and almost through menopause. I have gained 25 pounds in the past 3 years! Ugh. I can totally relate to you. I get vitamin D and glutathione injections with vitamin C and Zinc. Also I love poke bowls! Yep. Brown rice and organic greens as the base. I swear we are twins. Smiles. Lol I have been eating those egg frittatas too mushroom ones !And small veggie ones for lunch or dinner with cut up chicken breast. For over 10 years now
I love what you eat videos like this and I definitely think you should do a budget-friendly activewear haul for under $30 as a kind of challenge! Love you guys as always 💖
I am a marathon runner and thought I was chronically tired from running so much. I had lab work done last year and was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism. I always ate pretty healthy, but after taking medication for several months I no longer needed to take daily afternoon naps. I noticed if I eat extra sweets over the weekend I feel like SHIT (kinda like a hang over) the next day. It's really weird.
I am so glad you were able to get to the bottom of why your body wasn't feeling 100%! I know I feel better knowing which foods makes my body feel good or bad!
Thank you for the great video, my husband and I both struggle with Hypo, although my husband has Hashimotos so his is a bit more extreme. I'm always looking for ideas and advice to improve our 'healthy journey & lifestyle' he's still struggling, but I've come a long way from where I was. Another channel to check out for advice is Abbey Sharp. She's a certified dietician, and has actually given me alot of new perspectives of our relationships with food. It's so much more than just diet & exercise.
I should have really done smoothies in the summer. Watching you make your coffee made me make mine. Its been a few days without miss c (running low & its a tough time if year for me financially so not sure when I can buy some next) but Holy did I miss it. Had a anxiety/panic attack yesterday. You should do an Amazon workout/lounge wear video! And I can hope I can find them on Amazon Canada lol.
Yeah I know. Another reason I don’t have a car! It’s so expensive to have a car in Massachusetts but I take a train to my job I really need to get a car though because I have a toddler. He’s starting daycare. Yeah, I need car but I’m dreading it!! Where can u get the large unsweetened coconut flakes?
I struggle with bloating & constipation. I’m on a medication that really binds me up so instead of having to take stool softener, I try to use my nutrition to keep my body regular. Extra room temp water, citrus, açaí is very helpful, strawberries, red beans, etc. I do get gas also. I was very recently tested for hypothyroidism because I have a lot of the symptoms so wish me luck! I have that Amazon set!! I’m pale so I got the maroon plus it’s one of my university colors so no brainer but I Love THIS SET! I ended up getting the long sleeve set in blue. So pretty & comfortable & flattering. I never know which is the front because there’s no label in the back of the pants 😂😂
I can't believe you have a rockin body like that with hypothyroidism! I was diagnosed 2 years ago and I struggle so much with my weight because of it... kudos to you!!
Is Hypothyroid the reason I get soooo sore after working out?? Is there a supplement that would help with that? I really have noticed the soreness since the thyroid problems started. Thanks for your Awesome info : )
Yes it definitely can contribute to that! Making sure you are getting enough protein in can help this! You can try out our LSF Plant based protein its soo good after a work out!:) Also taking magnesium can help with this!
What did you do to get your hair to regrow? I'm losing a ton (have been for years, but had no clue why until I got my diagnosis this past November). All the hair on my whole body basically stopped growing, & eyebrows & lashes have thinned so much. I don't even have to even shave my legs anymore, which I'm totally fine with, but I'd like to keep & regrow the hair on top of my head & have full lashes & brows again..
I've been using my Wing Woman everyday (vitamin D helps hair) and also recently starting taking seamoss. But my friend just launched a clean hair growth serum I'm trying called Banging Hair
I am female Ryan with the gas tank! I'm pretty sure I can drive with the light on for one whole day and be able to fill up the following day-it's because ! hate pumping gas!!! I don't have hypo, but I loved this video! I'm going to have to try Wing Woman!
How was your TPO antibodies number? I am going into remission from Hashimoto's because I figured out one cause of my autoimmune disease that causes Hypothyroidism. It was only dairy from cows. It is probably the casein in it. When I consume dairy products, the TPO antibodies goes up. When I removed it, it drops like crazy. It goes down faster when I take vitamin D3 at 20,000 IUs once per week. I have tested this enough to know. I also tested gluten for 12 months and that wasn't it. Just all dairy from the cow. Now, I use almond milk. I can handle that. I want to try goats milk but I am too scared right now to try it. I might later. In four months, my autoimmune disease will be stopped. Next, I will wean myself off thyroid pills.
Hi Katie. Love your videos about hypothyroidism! Im also diagnosed with Hashimoto and I'm trying to find ways to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle to feel better. You're very inspiring (hope my English is good enough as I'm from Holland/Netherlands ;). My question is: why do you take these powders to add to your drinks? Is this something you need to prevent nutritional deficiencies (and if so, which vitamins?)? And you're not having much dairy during the days, how do you get enough calcium for example? One more question: the books/your products you sell at your website, can I buy these products from Holland? I can't find them on any other website. Thanks for your answers!
Lol: I sometimes get crazy cravings for my favourite smoothie recipe as well! It happens.most in winter. It makes sense. I need all that goodness and my body knows it 💕
This is so helpful, thank you! Your hypo plan, videos, and supplements have been such a resource for me! I was just diagnosed with Hashimoto’s this year (who gets an autoimmune disorder during a pandemic??? Ugh.😐) but even after starting meds and removing gluten it’s been a struggle to navigate what’s setting me off. How are you able to identify when you’re hypo is acting up? Do you feel it right away? And my scalp is still so dry, it makes me crazy. Obviously healing your body inside first is key, but have you found any topical products that help with dryness/flaking? Thank you ♥️
I dont have a thyroid any more from cancer that they found pregnant with my son. I knew o had a lump on my throat i had one when i was a teenager removed this time i was getting it checked every year til insurance got crazy and then i hadnt had it checked for 2 years when i was on my third trimester and i booked the appointment at 14 weeks. Myvtsh is 1.45 as of today i feel like crap. I have really bad insomnia mood swings weight gaining tired my endo says to see a nutritionist
Just found this video in search for answers too hypothyroidism. I recently decided that I wanted to do better and take care of my health. Diabetes, and high cholesterol run in my family. I was also Vitamin D deficient. So I knew I had to make a change. I was 165lb and I’m now at 140 but now I found out that I have hypothyroidism. WTH 🤦🏽♀️ not sure where I went wrong. Didn’t think I could be low on iodine as I feel I consume plenty of it. I do drink nothing but water ever since my diet and not sure if it flushing me out of nutritions. I workout everyday at 7:30am. I did notice I was tired but I pushed myself to get up and with the help of pre-workout. But I guess it explains it all. Now I have to make additional life changes. I still have my thyroid but I need to work on it. Love the supplements you are taking and I’m going to give them a try. My question too you is if I’m taking my thyroid medication first thing in the morning can I take my pre-workout 30min to an hour later without effecting my medication? Or do I have too eat an actual meal? Thank you so much for your time and patience. Definitely ordering my supplements today and following your advice along the way.
I’m not hypo but I deal with anxiety sometimes . My diet has a lot to do with that. I’ve cut out almost all of fast food! My next step is eat cleaner 🥰
Katie I have a question. I do not have a thyroid or para thyroids. Should I be on a hypothyroid diet? I always hear of the hypothyroid diet if one still has a thyroid so I was just curious. So far my levels have been normal for over a year now. I’ve had no thyroid for 3 years now. I suffer from chronic fatigue and lots of inflammation. Thanks! I love your videos by the way!!!
Ah yay! Welcome!!💗 No I don't! You can watch some of my stories and weight lost journey on this! I've really tried it all and the diet culture really messed me up with this so I found it just wasn't a healthy method for me. I now eat intuitively based off portion control and ensuring I get enough of those main macros in! All my meal plans are designed to be calorie deficient but measured out by hand size/portion instead or numbers!
Any suggestions on whether you should take your pills before your blood test? I have been told not too by one person and I should by another. Thoughts?
Hi! Sorry to bother with this question. Can you or do you have a promotion for discounts on your products to try ? Please and thank you. Being tight in funds that would greatly help.
Yah! You can actually sign up with your email on the shop for 10% off your first order :) If you join my text club you can get even better discounts too. The sign up for that is in my Instagram bio.
No worries, the guide still has a lot of options that don't include those or that you can substitute for those two foods! I would suggest another form of protein like turkey or chicken sausage. For avocado, I would do hummus!
Loved the video. And i highly agree you should do an Amazon lounge fitness wear!! Also, do you roughly have 120 g of protein a day?? Curious because at the moment I'm doing 80 grams a day but once I get to my goal weight, i have questions about maintenance protein intake. Thanks!!!
Are your supplements safe for those that are trying to get pregnant as well as losing weight? I ordered the plant protein and want to try wing women and miss c but idk if they are safe for pregnancy. Thank-you!
Oh can’t wait for you to start using them! Everything is organic, non-gmo, gluten, dairy, and soy free and 100% real ingredients - checkout this blog about protein and pregnancy too lovesweatfitness.com/is-protein-safe-during-pregnancy/
My husband NEVER fills the tank until the last second. He even went through the trouble to calculate how many gallons of gas are left in the tank when the tank reads empty. He actually took the time to research and figure this out. I mean….
My boyfriend does the exact same thing with the gas - and I feel like I can’t complain either because he’s a super nice guy like your husband - but I do anyway!
Was diagnosed with Hashimoto's 30 years ago, took meds but levels were normal during my two pregnancies. Doctors took me off meds. It's been 20 years no meds and bloodwork "normal " however have every symptom back. I can't loose an ounce, hair brittle, dry skin, chills, weight gain. No meds, dr said bloodwork good. Anyone else?? I'm so frustrated
Ah that is so frustrating :\ I definitely would love to be off my meds, but haven't been able to without experiencing what you are describing. It's a balance of your nutrition and meds that for me, has been the major difference.
Great video! I take my thyroid meds at night, right before bed. I always have. That way, I don’t have to wait to drink my coffee (which had a bunch of milk in it)!
@@jesusthewaytruthandlight7558 no, I’ve always taken my thyroid meds at night. I’ve read some articles saying that’s fine. My doctor knows I take my pill then & is fine with it.
Coffee is totally fine for me. I don't have any issues with nightshades, everyone is different, but the articles on that are a bit overblown IMO when you consider the quantities most people actually use.
@@LoveSweatFitness I see interesting... i suspect after alot of nightshades like chili i have a reaction- an achy pain all over. Interesting... everyones different! definitely have the fatigue though ugh!
Baha I had that exact microwave and when I saw you put those in there I was like, "That's DEFINITELY not enough time." I always had to add like 2 minutes to everything. 😆
What symptoms do you deal with?
Contipation & fatigue are big ones for me.
Weight gain
Fatigue, brain fog and joint pain are my worst symptoms.
Fatigue BIG TIME

I definitely can relate with the hypothyroid issues. With this new goal to get healthy. Im looking forward to healthier hair again.
That poki bowl looks so good!I'm going to have to try one. 💜
Do it!
Do you know the quantity of protien, zinc selenium, collagen and any other supplements needed for the body daily with hypothyroidism?
I can't believe you have a rockin body like that with hypothyroidism! I was diagnosed 2 years ago and I struggle so much with my weight because of it... kudos to you!!
You got this girl!!👏🏼
Yay! Thank you Katie! I NEED this video, I’m struggling this week. But I’ve got your Hypo plan so I’ll tackle this 🥰❤️
Yes you will!! Mindset 😇
@@LoveSweatFitness thank you so much Katie! I ordered the planner too, can’t wait to get it!
Loving the intro song already, shout out to all the hypo girls. Haha. Looking forward to watching this thank you so much
Hypo girls! 🙌
Love your what I eat in a day videos 😍😍
Glad you like them! Thank you so much!
How did you get your hair healthier after losing some due to hypothyroidism? I battle this as well.
I'm going to have to try Wing Woman!
hahah!! Yes Wing Woman is amazing!!!
Katie, what do you do to satisfy a sweet tooth craving? After lunch, I always crave something sweet. Any hacks??
I love making my hanger Bombs from my plans. They’re delicious and The healthy fats really help curb cravings
Great video Katie. Im hypo also with Hashimotos. Its really hard eating right and feeling good. 😊
I hope these videos help!💗
I need all that goodness and my body knows it 💕
Haha that is ironic you get it in the winter. That happens to me too though :) yes that is exactly right!
These tips were so awesome thank you so much!!!
Of course!!
Thanks for the great tips for hypothyroidism people like me.
Thank you ♥️
I have became so in-tuned with my body that once I start to feel slightly off I go and get checked!:) I use an olapex hair mask about once a week!
@@LoveSweatFitness thanks for taking the time to respond! Will definitely give the olapex a try!
Labs in normal range. That can vary So much. What do you mean by that.
Love it! Thank you, Katie!💕
Of course! 💕
If you don't mind my asking, are you on a T3-only thyroid medication? TIA 💖
I had the exact same thing with my ex-husband with filling up the car with gas. So annoying. Because they don't sweat about it but we do 🙃😊
I've had Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and had part of my thyroid removed due to bumps on it!.. :)
Sorry to hear that! That sounds crazy!
Most of the selenium and nutrients in eggs are actually found in the yolk 😊
Thank you for the tip :)
You got this!
@@LoveSweatFitness thank you 😊
Katie I have a question.
I would definitely talk to your doctor about this but all of our meal plans are very clean and straight forward so they can be great for anyone!
Yes, would love to see a haul🤩! Love your videos :)
Thank you 😊
Yes!!! Please do budget active wear
YES! Doing that soon :)
I was wondering if you count your calories and how many you consume?? I’m new to your Chanel and loving it so far!!!
Thoughts?
I would suggest not taking pills just in case it has an effect!
@@LoveSweatFitness thanks, took my test last week and that was what I did.. I lost some weight and my levels changed.
Yes we are not supposed to take the pill before the blood test. The blood test has to me on empty stomach and no medication first thing in the morning
What can you replace for avacados? I have an allergic reaction when I eat them ☹ and I see all kinds of yummy recipes
You can replace for any other healthy fats!
You are looking smashing! 💜 More & more fit than everrr!
Aw so sweet, thank you!
Hi! I have hypo and I got your hypo 101 meal plan. I’m intolerant to eggs and avocado 😞
And I need more breakfast ideas! Any suggestions?
No worries, the guide still has a lot of options that don't include those or that you can substitute for those two foods! I would suggest another form of protein like turkey or chicken sausage. For avocado, I would do hummus!
Hi, where was the Poké bowl from? You look great by the way! So pretty. 🤍Also, I’m loving the Miss Congeniality, Wing Woman & LSF vanilla protein :)
Pokiworks!:) Ah yayy!
I have set the alarm early to take the meds on an empty stomach. Longest time ever = time between meds and first cup of coffee in the morning!
Felt that 😂
Amazon activewear haul… YES PLEASE
🙌🙌
I have hyprothroidism too yet if I ate all you ate in this video I would be size of a house can’t each much with this disease
Loved the video. And i highly agree you should do an Amazon lounge fitness wear!! Also, do you roughly have 120 g of protein a day?? Curious because at the moment I'm doing 80 grams a day but once I get to my goal weight, i have questions about maintenance protein intake. Thanks!!!
Yes I try to shoot between having a 100-120g a day!
Unrelated to Hypo. But would love a video on how to incorporate the Guiltless Nutrition Guide into the Hot body meal plan.
Yes I will definitely note this!!
Please give us examples of what you ate in a day while you were losing your weight. Thanks!!
Hi!! If you go back to my channel I have a TON of what I eat in a day videos!:)
My symptoms are all over the place. I also have ibs and my fatigue has gotten out of control. I need to find away to control it all.
I would recommend checking in with your doctor and maybe getting your blood taken to see where your levels are at!
My daughter just got diagnosed with hypothyroidism she is having side effects with the thyroid med do you have any side effects with your medication
I haven’t had issues with medication - so sorry she’s dealing with that
My husband NEVER fills the tank until the last second. He even went through the trouble to calculate how many gallons of gas are left in the tank when the tank reads empty. He actually took the time to research and figure this out. I mean….
I don't get it 😂
You should do a video on your journey of how you found out you had hypo when you were 11!
Great idea!:) I do have a video explaining my journey! th-cam.com/video/tIMUyH94y24/w-d-xo.html
Does anyone know what frothy thing she uses for her coffee? I don't see it on the Amazon store. What frothy thing do you use?
Ooohh stay tuned..😉
@@LoveSweatFitness hahaha I saw the email 📧 😆🎀🥳
I'm the complete opposite when it comes to being sick. I rarely get sick, like I can't remember the last time I was sick.
Lucky you, I wish!
So I have a silly question, where did you get the tool to mix up your coffee? What is it called? I’d like to get one, thank you! 😊
It’s a bamboo matcha whisk. You could probably find them just about anywhere. Lots of tea websites would have them, and of course, Amazon.
@@katehache Thank you!
We've been working on something behind the scenes... stayed tuned 😉
You’re so pretty and you have a great personality. Love your videos!
Thank you so much!! Glad you're loving them xx
Yes please do a budget work out vid!!!!!! 💜
Soon! :)
My boyfriend does the exact same thing with the gas - and I feel like I can’t complain either because he’s a super nice guy like your husband - but I do anyway!
😂
Doesn’t having the meds at night keep you up ?
@@jesusthewaytruthandlight7558 no, I’ve always taken my thyroid meds at night. I’ve read some articles saying that’s fine. My doctor knows I take my pill then & is fine with it.
Hey! Just got diagnosed with hypo by my ND. coffee is ok for you? Also do you avoid nightshades?
Coffee is totally fine for me. I don't have any issues with nightshades, everyone is different, but the articles on that are a bit overblown IMO when you consider the quantities most people actually use.
@@LoveSweatFitness I see interesting... i suspect after alot of nightshades like chili i have a reaction- an achy pain all over. Interesting... everyones different! definitely have the fatigue though ugh!
What about the hypo guys??
Baha I had that exact microwave and when I saw you put those in there I was like, "That's DEFINITELY not enough time." I always had to add like 2 minutes to everything. 😆
Hahha omgosh ya same here!!
Thank you!! My dr wants to put me on synthroid but I’m trying to reduce symptoms and hopefully lower my levels!
Finding the right balance of meds + your nutrition is really the game changer. You've got this!
@@LoveSweatFitness I’m trying. Thank you for your help 🙏🏼
Yassss gurl I’m there with u
🙌
Pleaseeeeee, please do the budget friendly activewear video!!!
Yessss coming soon!
Yes do the haul please!!!!!
💗
Thank you
Do you think a minimum amount of carbs are needed for thyroid function?
I think healthy carbs are a very important thing to include in every meal.
I love your Channel!!
Thank you so much!
Omg I love that pink phone!!! 😍
So inspiring ✨
