    My biggest struggle with eating healthy is the prep. The shopping and meal prep are just overwhelming with our schedules right now. I wish I could purchase the ingredients and have someone make the recipes for me.

      I don’t want to come off as rude but if you have the time to watch TH-cam you could take that same time and meal prep maybe? I’m preaching to the choir here.

      @@craftsandcats12 I meal prep, maybe it takes me longer than it should & it definitely takes more time than watching a TH-cam video which is usually on the go. But that's my experience😊

    My biggest struggle with healthy eating is remembering to eat/skipping meals sometimes. I used to overeat when I was not eating healthy and never felt full, but now that I am eating healthy and drinking my water, I sometimes skip meals because I’m not super hungry or forget to eat all together. Then I am low on protein and that’s not good. It even came up in recent bloodwork that my proteins were low. Katie, you and your meal plans are really helping me change for the better. I hope whoever reads this has a lovely day! 💗

    i’ve gotten my routine and pretty squared away with what works for me and my schedule, but my biggest struggle is still hitting my protein goal each day!!! sometimes it’s so hard to get the protein in!! but i do know, LSF plant protein has changed my life, because it’s the first plant protein that hasn’t caused bloating or discomfort, and tastes amazing 🤩🤌🏼🤍✨ cannot say enough about your channel, your company, and products!!! love everything you stand for!!

    Consistency is my biggest hurdle. I have to learn to be patient and trust the process. Love the “on a whim” style as that is probably how most of us “meal prep”

    My biggest struggle is time. My partner and I don't come home until 6pm, after being gone all day since 7:30am. We do a lot of planning/ food prepping on the weekend. Thankfully it is now soup season, so we prep a big pot of soup in the insta-pot for the week.

    My buggest struggle with eating healthy is prep, I hate to eat the same thing daily so while food prepping is super helpful and important I find it difficult because I dont want to eat the same thing everyday. Also, healthy snacks are hard. I love snacking and its my down fall, I love me some chips or chocolate

    My biggest struggle is the planning. I’ve gotten comfortable creating bowl type meals, thanks to you. It’s the preplanning that’s hard for me (probably because I plan every aspect of our family’s life and it’s exhausting!)

    I had a homemade big Mac bowl today. Lettuce, tomato, cheese, sometimes purple onion & avocado with 2 burgers on top. Dressing was mayo & ketchup

    Love your what I eat in a day videos SO much! The part of my fitness journey that I struggle with the most is making time to do it when I am SO tired. I have three kiddos five and under and the struggle is real. Plus my eating habits have not been great recently!

    I love these videos where you show what you eat in a day! I always learn something new! I will be checking to see if our Costco has those breakfast bites and I can’t wait to try the mug cake! My biggest struggle with nutrition comes when I am stressed. I also find it can be tricky to eat healthy when traveling.

    My biggest struggle is I get bored easily with eating the same food over and over. I love how you just prep the staples and mix and match, working on making that a part of my routine!

    Where do you get your glass storage containers from? And how long do the lids last? I seem to only get 2-3 months out of my lids before they start to crack. I love to be able to see my leftovers/ meal prep like you do.

    I LOVE these videos. They really are helpful. I love that you don’t plan all these crazy meals and you just make things work because that’s life. I recently made a yummy snack/ dessert.. I got oikos pro yogurt with 20 grams of protein in vanilla and added a spoonful of Adams natural peanut butter and some of Lily’s chocolate chips…. Taste like heaven and is loaded with protein!

    I really wish I had found your channel before I had my son.. I believed that "eating for two" BS and really didn't take care of myself as I should have during my pregnancy. Now 3 years later Im still struggling to get back to my pre-pregnancy body. My BIGGEST struggle when it comes to eating healthy is limiting sugary treats and drinks. I've always been a stress eater so these healthy recipes are so perfect. I can't wait to try that protein mug cake!

    I actually went and shopped for clean eating today in the store and my cart filled up with veggies and proteins was CHEAPER then my cart full of processed “diet approved” foods etc! No joke! Cut all the extra snacking, eat natural and I can’t wait to see the results, particularly in my skin & tummy 😅

    Love this dinner idea so much! My biggest struggle with healthy eating is lunches, because I have to make them the night before to take to work and need something quick, nutritious and yum 🤦🏻‍♀️

    My biggest struggle with healthy eating is I have a craving for sweet food during lunch. I eat a chocolate chip sugar free cookie before I eat my lunch which is not good. I want to eat more healthy. I would eat a lot when I was younger in my teen years. I didn't think anything of it. I thought I wasn't gonna gain weight but I did. I need to eat more healthy!     I struggle with eating ENOUGH. After starting the hot body meal plan, I’ve realized how “off” my nutrition was. I wasn’t eating balanced, I was under eating and not fueling my body. I feel the best I have EVER felt after starting the meal plan❤

      THIS. It's a struggle most don't even know they are dealing with. Everyone tells us, eat less to lose weight. As you know now w/ the meal plan, eat more of the right foods to lose weight and feel your best! Love to hear that.

    My biggest struggle is finding time to cook healthy meals. When it’s time to cook I usually just have to throw something together to get something quick. I get so overwhelmed thinking about cooking the right things. Also healthy eating can be expensive.

    It’s super hard with kids. Before kids I was so on top of my weight but now with three kiddos I struggle daily to not eating too much. I think I am making up for lost sleep.

    Biggest challenge is a quick and healthy lunch. I start work early in the morning by lunch time I am starving and need something quick so I often give in and stop somewhere for lunch that isn’t always the best choice just because of time restraints. I need to make my lunch the day before and stay consistent with this.

    Omg! Cutting your apples: totally not weird! I cut apples the same way! 😄 But sometimes when I just want to use a fork, I cut them into thin mini squares..so weirder? But drizzle with PB/Almond with cinnamon+pumpkin spice too. Love your videos and loving the 4 weeks booty challenge!! 🧡
    My biggest struggle is probably overeating on healthy fats, almonds, PB, walnuts, peanuts, etc.

    My biggest struggle is not feeling guilty for eating things or not keeping track or feeling like Im off a good "run" when it comes to food. I feel like I eat well majority of the time but there are days were I enjoy more or "live" like everyone else in a sense. I have food restrictions and I let that be something that controls me sometimes. I wish I could shake that feeling and not have this unhealthy relationship with food.

    My biggest struggle with healthy eating is snacking. I’ll do super well with a good breakfast & healthy lunch, but then in between meals I’ll end up reaching for the salty snacks that make me bloat 😓 I need to get better about prepping healthy snacks that I can grab instead of the too-convenient chips or pretzels!

    My biggest struggle when it comes to eating healthy is just finding the right recipes that aren’t overly complicated and take forever. I love the results of those recipes, but most of the time I need clean, healthy, less time consuming meals so I don’t feel like I have to spend hours on my feet prepping after a long day on my feet at work.

    My biggest struggle is when I go out to eat. The restaurant food can have large portions and overall a lot of calories. I am also gluten and dairy free, so finding foods other than a salad can be hard. I also find it hard to justify getting a salad when I can just as easily make it at home. But I love going out to eat with friends, soooo when I do go it is harder for me to stick to making healthier choices.

    My biggest challenge in eating healthy is time. I work 12 hr- overnight shifts but have to stay on a daytime schedule for the kids. So my eating schedule is sporadic, usually rushed, or I’m too mentally tired to plan out the meals. My husband has no idea or care about nutrition so when he takes over dinner it’s usually carbs, sugar, and sodium 😬. Im trying to change that by doing the grocery shopping but he will also do his own shopping. Soooo….

    My biggest struggle is BREAD and not eating enough fruit! i am gluten sensitive so I really need to heed the warnings my body shares with me when it comes to being healthy and having energy. I don’t have an issue with sweets like most people but it’s that warm soft buttery bread that kills me! Most gf products just aren’t the same and I’m sensitive to some ingredients used to make GF products so I feel stuck. I love a good pizza once in a while especially from being Chicago born and raised and I love me a good cheeseburger. So cheeseburger or eat an apple… hmm 🤤 cheeseburger. How do I help myself get past this??

    The BIGGEST struggle when it comes to eating healthy is boredom. I get so bored sometimes with the same food and meal prep but I don’t always have time time to cook new recipes so then it’s just easier to buy what I know and make it work! 😅

    Biggest struggle with eating healthy is getting enough protein in while also not knowing how to cook 😅 Just realized that I’ve been under eating protein for the last decade or so 🙃

    My biggest struggle in eating healthy is having sweets that are easy to grab that aren’t going to sabotage my results. I’m a dairy free hypo girl so I often crave creamy things like chocolate.
