This is a big help. I have the same problem on a new unit after a couple of hours of use.

Any hint on how to remove those bearings? From what I see each goes out to their own side, but the serrated piece over the small bearing worries me. Will I definitely need an extractor?

Bonjour, en mettant de la loctite 609, peut on par la suite demonter le support de roulements sur l'essieu ou il est fixé definitivement?

Unfortunately I used to be a fan of tacx products but now I have lost faith in the company.
Their machining and quality control is beyond useless.
I recently purchased a tacx flux from wiggle which made grinding noises..sent that back. 2nd one smelled of burnt rubber after 30minutes. 3rd one had a very loose cassette body, 4th one burnt out belt.
Now I have a bushido which works brilliant ...only if I have the ANT pickup or samsung tablet close by.
Next might be a wahoo or an elite

Mine makes a clackety clackity noise mostly at higher RPM, and load. Almost sounds like your in-between a gear change. Is that noise the TacX 2T?

Quality control issues? Not expected from an expensive trainer. I’m sure they are not all like that. If it is a manufacturing defect I would contact the manufacturer and get it replaced.

Same problem with a different source...check your Free Hub! With about 4,500 kilometers of use I got the same noise and followed the process including sending video/audio clip to tech support. They concurred and sent the removal tool at no cost. I removed the flywheel and while I didn't find anything that seemed to be causing the problem I cleaned it well, lubed the hub, and reassembled. The noise was gone. For a little while. When it returned I once again began to pull the flywheel but got no further than the free hub which was completely fried. The inner race came out in pieces spilling badly worn bearings on the floor. The bottom line is that I was initially so focused on the novelty of a problem internal to the trainer that I didn't closely inspect the free hub in the first place. I might have caught it the first time around. Apparently the noise/vibration travels on the axel spindle to the flywheel and creates a noise identical to foreign material inside. Garmin sent a new free hub at no cost. Problem solved.

    Hi,
Any updates on the fix you've done?
I am also having a issue with my Neo OG.
It does have rumbling noise on both low and high speed.
Do you think it is the bearing causing the problem?
    Thank you!
Here is the video of my Neo:
