TACX Neo: Grinding Noise Problem Solved!

Smart trainers are effectively computers that have to dissipate a LOT of energy, so sometimes things don't go as expected. After a slight panic, a support ticket, and a few days, all is well again with my Tacx Neo. Today I take you through the initial issue through to the resolution. All up it was around 15-20 minutes.
