I started doing this workout today. At first it seemed really easy and not very challenging, but after the first 2 minutes I felt my belly tightening and it was beginning to feel like a real workout! I'm determined to do this everyday now.

If your back hurts, lean forward a little while doing this, so take stress off your lower back. Also making sure your back is straight of a huge factor or you can injure yourself!

Hi, usally changes take time. I mean more than several months or so, no matter what exercise you do. However, i think going to the gym and building muscles gives you more shape and the side effect is that you burn more fat, which leads to fat loss while keeping your butt in a good shape haha. These kind of workouts are fun to do, so why not a mix ☺️ And also its normal for your body to weigh differently from day to day without any meaning. Thats why one week of progress isnt enough to make an conclusion. Anyway, Good luck and dont stress ❤️

If your back hurts, you're probably twerking. I recommend doing this in front of the mirror sideways. Pay attention to your posture. The thrusting movement is more like "forward then relax" and not "forward then backward". After you clench your stomach, try to come back to your upright posture. Use your abdominal muscles to move your waist, not your spine.

I'm doing this too. I do workout 7 days in week and no off day. After 75 minutes of AB workout, I have added this extra 5 minutes before doing arm exercises. If you don't have the measuring tape, use a rope or any elastic band & mark it by pen, that will make it easier for you to notice the difference, just an idea.
I’m totally uncoordinated and can’t figure out how to get the body to move quickly like they are. And with the hands moving. I could do the starting part where they did it slowly so I did the slower version all the way. Hopefully body will get the movement over time!
this works if done everyday atleast 10 t0 15 mins for me .i have added this and some others of these to my routine. the shape of my tummy n waist is changing it will take atleast 6 months to get to where i want to and after that one has to continue doing this if u want to maintain it!!

i did this for 1,5 weeks everyday, 5 minuts in the morning, and 5 in the evening. Im on day 12 and it does kinda work. But my back hurts to much i cant even do it anymore. So i more recommend normal stomach fat burning workouts. Bye
If your back hurts really badly it means you need to focus on the technique because if this is done incorrectly it causes back pain. If you want to continue I recommend watching a tutorial on how to get the right technique to prevent back pain.
when you push your hips forward you’re supposed to breathe out and while pushing them back you breathe in. i don’t think you can keep up the right breathing when you do it as fast as the girls in the video but if you’re going slow this is the best way ✌🏼✨

I don't know if it's normal, but I feel pain too - my back hurts when I do it, so I have to do it slow & I think tuck my butt in more too. Maybe if your knees hurt, go slower? Keep waiting and looking for an answer though - don't hurt yourself so that you can't do it at all. Be patient and give your best!

If you don't have the measuring tape, use a rope or any elastic band & mark it by pen, that will make it easier for you to notice the difference, just an idea.

I’m totally uncoordinated and can’t figure out how to get the body to move quickly like they are. And with the hands moving. I could do the starting part where they did it slowly so I did the slower version all the way. Hopefully body will get the movement over time!
You should maybe try putting it in slow mode

this works if done everyday atleast 10 t0 15 mins for me .i have added this and some others of these to my routine. the shape of my tummy n waist is changing it will take atleast 6 months to get to where i want to and after that one has to continue doing this if u want to maintain it!!

When the front body goes up the abs should contract and when the back body goes down the abs should loose. Start the beginners point until u can give more pressure to the abs if u r in the advance level or u can do it 10 - 20mins non stop

You're supposed to do this for 5 minutes daily. If you're hurting, you're doing it for 2 long. And this isn't the beginner class.

You're only supposed to do it for 5 minutes a day.

i did this for 1,5 weeks everyday, 5 minuts in the morning, and 5 in the evening. Im on day 12 and it does kinda work. But my back hurts to much i cant even do it anymore. So i more recommend normal stomach fat burning workouts. Bye
If your back hurts really badly it means you need to focus on the technique because if this is done incorrectly it causes back pain. If you want to continue I recommend watching a tutorial on how to get the right technique to prevent back pain.
You would have to make sure to keep your knees bent so your back won't hurt.
It's not supposed to hurt, just make sure yo legs are straight & yo knees bend & u r good to go

when you push your hips forward you’re supposed to breathe out and while pushing them back you breathe in.
i don’t think you can keep up the right breathing when you do it as fast as the girls in the video but if you’re going slow this is the best way ✌🏼✨

I don't know if it's normal, but I feel pain too - my back hurts when I do it, so I have to do it slow & I think tuck my butt in more too. Maybe if your knees hurt, go slower? Keep waiting and looking for an answer though - don't hurt yourself so that you can't do it at all. Be patient and give your best!
