    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    This was beautiful, I didn’t aspect at all the last tabata circuit!!! I was already thinking “well when this is done i’m going to do a 12 m tabata to get the heart rate up “ and then tabata was into this workout 🤣🤣🤣.

      Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can (300 grams) as weights but could not last even 12 minutes (static hold curls) when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL did the full session with 2x 6 kg dumbbells!! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.

    Oh Sweetie! I just LOVE your workouts!
    I am 51 & have exercises off & on for years. I began daily workouts May 2020. Everyone i knew was staying home for pandemic related reasons
    My job was essential so i NEVER got a break. Never. Never.
    It was soooo stressful. I decided to just do 1 short routine daily. I chose a barre style workout i already loved.
    4vyears later & i have strongly progressed!!! Amazong journey!!

    It started off strong for me in a good way. I wish I would have known before I got started that it would include a TON of push-up variations and pressure on the wrists. When typing in “upper body hiit WITH dumbbells” I was hoping for LESS pushups, planks, mountain climbers, and burpees. With some wrist injuries I’m working through I had to do too much variation and ended up just doing my own alternating dumbbell upper body movements toward the middle/end. Still enjoyed that this film was NO TALKING and ALL WORK. Refreshing! Sometimes I just want to get in an break a sweat, not find out the whole life story or all the sciency information about the movements. 😅
    So thank you for getting started from the beginning! 🥳

      Hi! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson suitable for men? I am a man and just started this lesson but it was brutal😞I could only manage with 1 lb (half kg) dumbbells but my arms just completely gave up and I stopped at around the 13 min mark (curls)😟I feel really low.     Firstly, I love how well timed this is, giving a bit of a break between workouts is very helpful cause otherwise I would lose those few seconds at the beginning of each exercise.
    Secondly, I really love that you showed the preview for each exercise during the rest period. It really helps with knowing what to expect next and getting prepared.
    I also like the percentage progression chart showing how far along in the workout we are. The workout is also great in terms of time, I do a bit of a cool-off stretch afterwards as well.

    Ich dachte, ich hätte heute absolut keine Kraft für mein Krafttraining, das heute ursprünglich anstand ... dann habe mich dazu entschlossen, erst einen langen Spaziergang zu machen und mich dann wenigstens diese 30min zusammenzureißen und es zu versuchen.. und es hat mich GEKILLT!!
