I would LOVE that the "Grow with Anna" app was free. I just did this Killer Leg Workout and even though it was REALLY hard and I had to stop during the pulses, I ABSOLUTELY loved it!! Isn't it better for you to train glute on leg day? the leg exercises mess with the muscles of the glutes as well, the gluteal ones end up messing with the legs as well. I saw a personal saying that not good to train leg one day and glute the next day, can cause your growth to be slower ...

I lost 5 kilos and my goal was only to lose belly fat, but I followed a strict diet and this led to weakness in my butt muscles and sagging of my buttocks and thighs. I hope to go back to how I was before with these exercises.. I do not know if this will work.. 😞💕
