    Even though I'm from Tamil Nadu, I love roti more than rice. Rice never sat well with my stomach. Plus with roti you can make delicious subzi (with veggies) 😂😂

    I eat rice everyday but I've lost 10 kgs 😛 it's basically the timings of the food you eat. Avoid rice after 5pm

    very good easily understandable video, I am 38 years old and my weight is 79 kgs. I walk daily for 50 mnts in morning.
    Diet::::: I eat one roti with any fried vegetable with a cup of tea in breakfast, 2 roti with salan or any fried vegetable in lunch and one plate of white rice mostly with fried vegetable in dinner and a cup of milk before sleep in night. is it balance diet for loosing weight? kindly guide me.       @@sumittiwari6987 You can have 3/4th cup of cooked rice which is approx 150 gms. But always have rice with some form of protein. Rice is cereal which is an incomplete protein and having it with Dal or sprouts (pulses or legumes) or even curd makes it a complete protein. That way you can enjoy rice with taste and nutrients as well. Of course portion control is the key.

    I am from andhra I eat brownrice 2 times a day(300 gm cooked each time). I just avoided deepfried items like pakoda, bajji etc. If I have cravings I go with friedrice, biryani with less oil. I lost 8 kgs in 3 months. and I did cardio for 30 minutes 5 days a week.I used a calorie tracker.

      Yeah but multi grain roti is very good for your skin so you should eat them eat them everyday because it is good for your skin and Bajra help in making our weight loss so you should consume multigrains roti everyday and on that bajra is much much helpful for our skin in many ways and nap I personally recommend Bajra to eat for my body and I feel its much much good to eat multigrain roti because it gives my body a very very very sufficient amount of energy and nutrients and over and nap my body feels very very very very energetic and full ine eating an multigrain roti instead of a simple roti because we eat different kinds of roti everyday such as wheat roti Raaga roti and also it is a very good idea to combine all the grain which are very helpful for our body in providing the nutrients and also I prefer eating multigrain roti instead of a simple one is because I am parson who love taking nutrients in a body to make my day very very energetic also very filling

    If you didn’t want to do exercise its okay do walk for 40 to 50 minutes and take healthy breakfast you eat 5 wheat in a day but with suitable time and drink alottt of water in a day and in dinner you also take rotiii it will definitely help you in weight loss i follow this avoid sugar sometime you take sugar but a little bit 😇

      @@Neha-yk7vi may study bhi Karti hu and diet is is so easy.If we can take it in our lifestyle then it if not a difficult matter and I read 4 hours every day. If we control ourselves for 24 hours then we can easily know the weight loss.

    Rice 🌾 love but I prefer to replace white rice to white millet as my khicha with lots of vegetables. Is much taster than white rice . 👍🏻

    Yes it is good advice to buy you own different grain atta now days easily available, I also follow the same routine advice by you. I eat rice, multigrain roti as described by you, but limited quantity. And in full lockdown even after lack of gymming I have not gained 100 gm😊. Little activity and reasonable eating can really help.

    I changed from eating rice to roti because I couldn't calculate the quantity of rice, either I was eating too much or too much, but too much most often😅
    So I changed my diet to two roti for lunch and two for dinner, it's been two months I'm following this but still no sign of weight loss😭 I even stopped adding oil in cooking since one month but still no change!!!

      i don't advice eating non-veg because it is not only harmful for physical body but also harmful for your chakras and all..
      otherwise, one can eat anything else...
      but the question is... are you dissipating the calories or not..??
      if a person sits for long hours and works should not eat much...
      on the other hand the one who works hard physically must eat much..
      my slogan... eat as much as you can.. practice yoga and avoid maid at home.
      i follow this and suggest the same to others..
