  • These keto biscuits are made with almond flour and just a few other ingredients. And let me tell you these aren't just easy low carb biscuits, they're delicious ones as well. They're incredibly butter, perfectly chewy, and they have just the right amount of saltiness to them too. Even my non keto friends and family are obsessed with them.

It’s my second time making the biscuits, and I have one big issue:
I BAKE 9 AND EAT 5 AS SOON AS I LIFT THEM FROM THE OVEN.
I can’t imagine this is what keto means. The best biscuits ever! Thank You

You are a God send for me and my family. I started off on keto/Atkins in late July this year due to my diabetes and after being hospitalized for COVID. My A1C was 12 at that point. I've been suffering without anything good to eat since. So I started looking for recipes and I found you. My A1C as of Friday of this week is down to 6.5 in two months. My Dr. freaked out about the abrupt change as it's almost unheard of to drop that quickly in only two months. I'm almost off of all of my sugar medication. I'm down from 296lbs to 274lbs. You have taken a living hell and made it delicious. Now my son participating and he's loosing weight and not starving.

Ohhhh snap! I made these for dinner tonight and they were so good! My husband even liked them and gave me a thumbs up!
I had to tweak the recipe just a tiny bit as I had only a quarter cup of sour cream left so I added a little mayo to bring it up to a half cup hoping for the best. I also added 2 tablespoons of shredded parmesan cheese and a teaspoon of parsley.
Reminiscent of red lobsters cheddar biscuits. I will definitely make these often. So delicious! Oh, and I got to use my new silicone muffin pan with this recipe. Worked great!

I'm a bachelor and don't bake but you made it look so easy in the video that I thought I'd give it a try. I'm a diabetic and can't eat regular bread or biscuits and I've really missed them. I made a batch of these biscuits a couple of days ago and just now finished my second batch. I have a biscuit pan so I don't bother with the cupcake liners and just spray it and they come out perfect. These are fast and easy to make and they taste good. All I need now is to find a good keto recipe for gravy and I'll have it made. Thanks for this recipe!

It needed some more salt for my taste and I find that spreading salted butter does the trick. :)

Those biscuits looked fantastic! I am sure you already know this but crack your eggs on a flat surface ie (countertop) to avoid shells in your bowl. If you do get shell in the bowl, fish it out with a piece of the shell 🥚

In a separate bowl especially if a recipe requires the white and yolk to be separated. It’s just a better habit and it’s more hygienic not to crack on the edge of a bowl or pan. The flat counter top is best and any dust or residue on the shell does not end up in your egg mix.

Joe, this is a terrific recipe. Just made them but used provolone as I have no mozzarella. It worked beautifully. Of course I didn't wait for them to cool before I had to sample one! It was a bit moist still but tasted good. By the time I had the sausage gravy ready they were slightly cooler and firm. Appreciate all your hard work on the recipes and presentation.

While my convection oven was preheating, I ground the almond flour and baking powder in my high-powered blender until fine. I dumped the flour into a bowl and then added the liquid ingredients. I then added the dry ingredients back in and mixed on half power until well combined. I scraped all the batter I could get back into the bowl and used a small ice cream scoop to place the batter into the cups of my heavy-duty muffin pan. I baked for 15 minutes at 450 degrees, then dropped the temp to 400 for the rest of the bake, for a total of 20 minutes. After I got the biscuits into the oven, I added some eggs and seasonings to my blender and mixed with what little batter I had left. Both the biscuits and the eggs were eggcellent. I would consider these more like muffins than biscuits, probably because I accidentally left out the cheese.

If we are trying to eat healthy than why ever use a food processor? Its like instead of buying it that way already made..we are going to spend a ton more to make processed food from scratch? Would rather make healthy foods without processors or gmo's, or other ingredients thats very harmful to our health. Just saying. Making this recipe without it.

I want to try these with Chili. Unfortunately, I only have low fat sour cream, do you know if this would work with this recipe?

I made these and they are just ok. They're nowhere near as fluffy as yours. Mines is mostly melted cheese in the center. I used new baking powder too. I wouldn't make again.

how is that keto? I mean I guess if you are one of the people you could say keto-friendly but the truth is that just a term for stupid people who can't do a diet. add up the carbs once that's a shit load of carbs. you do not on kets you should eat less than 50 carbs a day and that's only if you have a hard time with keto otherwise the goal should be 30. when i do a rough estamit of the carbs in that dish each biscuit is around 15 carbs and a normal person will eat 2 of them and even if you eat one say thats half the carbs for a day and most people will bnot give that up for a biscuite when they could eat a bowl of icegream or something better.

I am sorry, but I never tasted anything nasty in my life then me trying out this recipe. Not enough seasoning and personally not a fan of the flavor. I'll give you that it does look amazing but that's it for me.

Make it carnivore by using ground pork rinds (bacon puffs) for almond flour.

They sound delicious! Just wonder if they will smell like egg because nothing like vanilla in a cake recipe is added.

Perfect except as others have noted, needs salt. I'll add 1/2 tsp next time but otherwise, excellent.

It does not matter that we eat a meal that reduces weight, the important thing is that we eat useful and healthy food, and processed cheese is harmful to health, so can we change this cheese with white cheese ?? 🌹🌹🌹
