  • Proper structural alignment is absolutely imperative for quality sleep at night. Rotational misalignment is one of the most common problens we see with hips tilting forward while often times shoulders and hips are splayed. Add it's unfair that women are usually suffering more than men. Primarily because flat mattresses do not fit women's curves. Pillows can be used to rectify your poor alignment as in the video above period between your knees under your lower back and sometimes even holding a pillow can greatly aid and making sure you don't wake up with a backache.
