Very unexpected, but my body started to move naturally on its own. My head started to turn left and right, chin to shoulder, and then I started to cry. When I started visualizing 💚 energy going into my body as uplifting energy and motivation, I started to move naturally with it, I also started to cry then as well. I enjoyed that very much. Thank you.
yes! that happens to me too!! and i notice that when i do standing meditation, my body begins to move - and dance, and i am not the one doing it with my mind. i believe our bodies KNOW what movements they need and want.... it is magical. something humans have lost connection with over the years.
This was a highly emotional experience for me, many many tears, I wasn’t expecting my body to react that way to what seemed like such simple tasks. I was afraid the tightening of my muscles from my emotional reaction would hinder the outcome of this exercise. But I’m pleased to say it didn’t at all, I almost felt as though it was needed in order for me to become fully aware of my energy. For me it was soft and encompassing, with warm white light. Thank you. I think I needed this more than I thought!
This is like what I did in theater school for warmups. We always looked like weirdos but it was so good and, hey! Theater people are very good at making themselves look like weirdos.
It was an amazing experience!!! My neck, back and belly were killing me but now my whole body is so relaxed! Maybe even more important thing is that Im much more mindful of the things inside and outside of me. Thank you! Definitely will make this my morning routine, feeling so energetic and comfortable in my body ❤
That was wonderful. I could see and feel the powerful energy shooting through my body as i willed good energy to the various parts and then out to the world. Then I cried unexpectedly. Very powerful indeed!
I have been in pain for two weeks with my neck down into my left scapula. I thought I was going to faint after the first neck sequence. I did it three times and it was released. I was able to finish the whole movement. I feel my muscles across my shoulders. Not pain, but I feel them.Thank you ❤
i also bursted into crying when i started to visualize the energy that I want (green loving energy coming from above) to fill me up from head to toe! what a release :D thanks for the video!!
You have to admit, the first five minutes we all do already as part of our “morning constitutional” (euphemism for what most of us are compelled to do first thing in the morning). All kidding aside, I do respect and support this routine. I’ve come across pieces of it many times over the years in the ancient practices of yoga and Taiji. Indeed, it is just as healthy as the “morning constitutional,” and worthy of delving in.
This made cry so much! But I guess I needed the release. I will keep practicing and see what comes up for me. I did feel better afterwards, so thank you.
Thank you so much for your videos. I think I’ve come across them twice and the first time I found myself balling. Both times I joined I have been in very challenging stressful situations that I had to endure alone. Thank you for sharing your gifts. They were well received. Bless ❤
That was really pleasant, soooo relaxing, I was swaying on my feet. I wanted to sit down because I was so relaxed I thought I would fall over, lol. I am going to start doing this at least once a day. Thank you so much!

So many sensations with Fibromyalgia; CFS; gastroporesis, TMS!! I've learned not to keep my mind on it, or I wouldn't get anything done! I'd be on pain meds and other things all the time if I paid attention to all the sensations!
I’ve gone through something similar and my therapist said it can be emotional trauma coming to the surface. Overwhelming my system and making me feel nauseous

I have experienced a similar catharsis during guided meditations in Kundalini yoga. It got easier the more I practiced. Though your reaction sounds extreme, so I like both the advice of both LordMinstrel and JohnsHopkins.
it's not nonsense, you are just blocking because you refuse to allow it, you are not open to it, you are missing out whether you believe in the energy or not.
to you yes, if you don't allow yourself to relax and feel the sensations. you may be too blocked up with your negativity to sense anything. I recommend you learn meditation.

It’s great in this state let it go and your body will work out all the kinks on its own

Just wow, my body started moving side to side while the tears fell. I can't explain the feeling I experienced. Thank you 🙏🏽
Thank you ❤ I woke up feeling very tense and anxious, this practise was a great opportunity to let my emotions and soreness go

Oh wow, this is POWERFUL!!! Wasn't expecting all that... THANK YOU I will be incorporating this into my daily practice.

Maybe I suggest a fiber supplement.
Not all of us, lol
😂😂😂@@nokateno
How was this helpful?
I have HBP and syncope when I do vigorous exercises. I like this and chair work.
This made cry so much! But I guess I needed the release. I will keep practicing and see what comes up for me. I did feel better afterwards, so thank you.
Me too.
I am working through these and noticing the *guilt* that comes up for not doing something for others instead with my time.

That was powerful 🙏🏻
Thank You that was beautiful ❤
So many sensations with Fibromyalgia; CFS; gastroporesis, TMS!!

Go you Tammy! I'm the same with FM and ME/CFS ❤ working with our nervous system is so incredibly healing ❤❤
great experience though i do wish there was about double the time between releasing and moving to the next area of the body and testing again.
Thank you so much! That was so relieving and cleansing and also exiting and nurturing! Bless you❤
Working out a daily plan for myself, this is great, just found it.
Don’t know about the animal testing comment above but I loved this video ❤ thank you.
Good stuff to learn. I feel like Smatic movements are like Reiki yoga; they seem to have similarities. Would LOVE to hear your thoughts on that...
Thank you so much.❤
This felt amazing. Thank you so much😊😊
Does this/some of it work in a seated position as I am unable to stand for 15 mins? Thanks
I've been doing it lying down. Yesterday and today. It's been great 😊
YOOO, THIS IS DOPE🔥🔥
Is this called PMR(progressive muscle relaxation)? My therapist suggested it but doing it while sitting down and most of the steps
Yes, it’s Progressive Muscle Relaxation, but it also incorporates the redirection of energy through the mental techniques in the video.
Thank you This was great
The link to the website at the end of the video doesn't work - 404.
Thanks. Energy.
I kept yawning throughout the whole practice. That’s normal i guess?
It’s good your nerves system is getting back on track.
Yawning is a great sign
@@chaosdream21 okay thank you 🙏🏼
Yh, it means your body is leaving a sympathetic state and entering the Parasympathetic state which allows your body to rest and relax.
Yawning is releasing, nervous system regulation ❤
I often feel sick while doing these practices, is that normal??
No. You’re probably pushing yourself too hard. Be kind to yourself and lower your intensity.
I’ve gone through something similar and my therapist said it can be emotional trauma coming to the surface. Overwhelming my system and making me feel nauseous

I'm the same it made me nauseous. It's my first time
Video is not working. I cannot see anything 😔
thanks 🦋
What a cute creature.
So good
first segment too much back pain from standing to really feel the energy
Dont feel anything. Maybe my whole body is.blocked.
Maybe it’s not blocked at all!
❤❤
I have done this nothing have happened 😮🤷♀️
This is Lamaze prep for labour until she went floppy. No yoga energy nonsense.
Wow a yoga hater. Do you only stretch for Jesus or something
it's not nonsense, you are just blocking because you refuse to allow it, you are not open to it, you are missing out whether you believe in the energy or not.
😂
Well that was a waste of time
to you yes, if you don't allow yourself to relax and feel the sensations. you may be too blocked up with your negativity to sense anything. I recommend you learn meditation.
It was 14 minutes. Not a waste of time- especially if you spend more time watching tv.
