Very unexpected, but my body started to move naturally on its own. My head started to turn left and right, chin to shoulder, and then I started to cry. When I started visualizing 💚 energy going into my body as uplifting energy and motivation, I started to move naturally with it, I also started to cry then as well.
I enjoyed that very much. Thank you.

It’s great in this state let it go and your body will work out all the kinks on its own

yes! that happens to me too!! and i notice that when i do standing meditation, my body begins to move - and dance, and i am not the one doing it with my mind. i believe our bodies KNOW what movements they need and want.... it is magical. something humans have lost connection with over the years.

This was a highly emotional experience for me, many many tears, I wasn’t expecting my body to react that way to what seemed like such simple tasks. I was afraid the tightening of my muscles from my emotional reaction would hinder the outcome of this exercise. But I’m pleased to say it didn’t at all, I almost felt as though it was needed in order for me to become fully aware of my energy.
For me it was soft and encompassing, with warm white light. Thank you. I think I needed this more than I thought!

This is like what I did in theater school for warmups. We always looked like weirdos but it was so good and, hey! Theater people are very good at making themselves look like weirdos.

It was an amazing experience!!! My neck, back and belly were killing me but now my whole body is so relaxed! Maybe even more important thing is that Im much more mindful of the things inside and outside of me. Thank you! Definitely will make this my morning routine, feeling so energetic and comfortable in my body ❤

That was wonderful. I could see and feel the powerful energy shooting through my body as i willed good energy to the various parts and then out to the world. Then I cried unexpectedly. Very powerful indeed!

I have been in pain for two weeks with my neck down into my left scapula. I thought I was going to faint after the first neck sequence. I did it three times and it was released. I was able to finish the whole movement. I feel my muscles across my shoulders. Not pain, but I feel them.Thank you ❤

You have to admit, the first five minutes we all do already as part of our “morning constitutional” (euphemism for what most of us are compelled to do first thing in the morning). All kidding aside, I do respect and support this routine. I’ve come across pieces of it many times over the years in the ancient practices of yoga and Taiji. Indeed, it is just as healthy as the “morning constitutional,” and worthy of delving in.

So many sensations with Fibromyalgia; CFS; gastroporesis, TMS!!
I've learned not to keep my mind on it, or I wouldn't get anything done! I'd be on pain meds and other things all the time if I paid attention to all the sensations!

I have experienced a similar catharsis during guided meditations in Kundalini yoga. It got easier the more I practiced. Though your reaction sounds extreme, so I like both the advice of both LordMinstrel and JohnsHopkins.
