    Really she is so beautiful.. and her’s exercises are very simple,easy to do and very very effective.... i got results from the very first day when i started doing it...

      @@daisyagrahari9811 Daisy, this is not weight loss exercise .. this for abs only ... It works out on that particular part but ofcourse it burns calories. But if you want to loose weight you should try some cardio

    Can't thank you enough Susana... I'm suffering from meniscus tear and could not do any of your workouts for abs as they all involved movement of knees. I'm so happy to see these exercises as I can easily do them while sitting.

      @@queenplayer2468 I included cardio workout. I normally run 5-7km (min 3 times a week). In terms of diet, I typically reduce my portions, chew longer and drink more water. If you get hungry snack on fruits or nuts.

    Watching your videos for the first time.... It really make me feel so motivated i mean they look easy but i know with the repetition it would be difficult to continue but still i feel motivated to try them.... N it's lockdown i think i can do something productive 😄 its 9:39pm here in India..... Hope to try them from tomorrow and would surely update if felt any difference 😊

    I hope you could update and make new sitting exercises for abs, arm, waist, thigh lol. I love your sitting exercises, it is effective but not so straining, so I can comfortably do it even on heavy period day. Thank you love

    I just came across the intro background song and it reminded me of this workout. I remember being so nervous because the world was changing. But, it was nice distraction. Thanks Susana for helping me maintain my weight at home! :)
