Hi I started this workout 6 days ago after the second day my waist and hips hurt so bad but now on day six no pain only from when I’m actually doing the exercise and I feel awesome I’ve also noticed those areas are harder and tighter! So after I did this exercise once, it made me REALLY sore. I took a break for a couple days and then got back to it and my lower back never hurt again. I’ve been doing this every day for about 3 weeks now along with her upper back exercise and my back fat has reduced by 50 percent so far! I’m going to keep doing these until it’s ALL gone. 💗 I also do her 10 minute Hiit Cardio workout before I do any exercise and it has REALLY helped!!!

Hello... I will submit my conclusions. I started doing these exercises on May 29th of this present year and finished of yesterday to complete the 10 days. I took a before and after picture and I did notice that my muffin sides did reduce and my waist slimmer. I combined these exercises with cardio although I don't have a diet plan I try to eat healthy though. So yes they do work. Thanks for sharing your routines.

Day 1: my heart started beating so fast after second set. I'm not sure if I'll continue third set. Finished the 3rd set. I'm breathing and sweating like crazy. Day 2: finished two sets. Couldn't go with the third set. Btw my measurement is 34 inches around lower back. I'm aiming to make it 33. Day 3: I did the first set. I paused for a minute or two before the second set. Didn't go for the third set because I'm breathing and sweating like crazy.

I discontinued this after trying at 3 different times. Every time I did this I experienced excruciating lower back pain on both sides of spine that lasted for more than a week and then I could not do my daily Yoga and cardio workouts because of pain. Though, I find other exercises on this channel helpful.

I'm gonna update this 1day : it was good 2 day: its hurts a lot but managed to do 3 day: it's still hurt a bit, only did two sets.. I noticed that my lower back is kinda tighten 4 day: I took a rest 5 day: it was okay, its hurts a little 6 day: I felt no hurt 7 day: I couldn't do it 8 day: it was easy to do the exercises Always feel the burn 9 day: Did it I dont see a great improvement,but little is there, it is may be because I dont follow a diet 10 day: same like other days

No... I followed a calorie deficit diet... And did some cardio along with this video

These exercises are effective but i got injury in my back while doing this... So be careful while doing these exercises
