    I have to tell you this workout has saved me! I have a neck and hip injury from a car accident. After 2 years of therapy I'm back to working out again. I can't do most floor ab workouts because it strains my neck and standing abs sets off my hip. THIS WAS PERFECT! I was so excited to do this. No neck issues or hip pain, yet my abs got a good workout. The video was concise and the 30 second intervals were exactly what I needed. I'd love to see more of this type of ab workout! Thank you!

    I did a lot of hourglass or smaller waist workouts in my life but this one here is the first one, where I really feel pain in my waist muscles. Since we all try to glow up during quarantine, i will keep u guys updated on the change of my waist lmao.

      @@Whathhhthgjks I did this workout additional to some Chloe ting workouts for around 3 weeksm unfortunately i didn't see and results. I feel stronger und much better and toned but my waist didn't get smaller. 😐

      @@Ilinnaelfa I'm already eating very healthy and drinking tons of water 😁 I just wanted a smaller waist. I made the chloe ting as well as a ema wong challenge and both worked perfectly for me ☺️ I think this workout is more for people who never worked out before and just start a healthy lifestyle:)

      @@SaraKhan-uy7vr it’s possible to be on the lower end of fitting into an outfit (too small for a medium but barely big enough for a large) then losing an inch on the waist can bring that down. Sort of like how you can be 1 point away from a perfect score on a test

    Been doing this for two weeks now and i can already see results!!! I haven't seen much difference in measurements but yeah visually i can see the difference. Love this !!!

    I was not expecting to feel the stretch and "burn" (but without pain 👍) in my abdomen area after just the first session! I could feel the stretch in my upper arms as well. I have hope now that I can eliminate that "muffin top" without high impact or painful exercise. Thank you SO much, Susana! If I do these faithfully each day when might I begin to see results? Thank you again!! 😊❤
    Update: One week later and did these super easy exercises daily. The waistbands on my clothes are already looser! Never thought it would happen!!😉 And am I alone in lovin' when Susana says, "Here we go!" 😂😂😂 It keeps me inspired 👍

      I want to do but not sure if they work cuz first 3 exercises are very strange and I don't feel any stretch in my waist in fact my back bone starts to hurt

    Just started doing u exercise for 5 days & I already lost 0.5 inch from my waist & belly...
    I didn’t follow any diet.. Just did 3/4 of ur exercises daily & BOOOOMM..!!!

    Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

      I felt this. I got some chronic stomach issues and doing crazy stuff makes me nauseous and sometimes throws me into a seizure. nice to know I'm not the only one with health issues that still wants to * try *

    I've been doing this for days due to my injured foot. My upper body's a bit hurt from this, and I can feel the abs are getting hard. I think it's working tho! (I'll continue to do this some more)

    Been doing it everyday for four days now after my workouts and i feel like this workout altho rlly slow it actually makes me feel a pull or strain on my sides that i usually dont feel working out
