I've watched almost all of your videos but have only just seen this one and it is so special to me. My first husband is buried here just along that road that runs from the Krays graves to the gate. He was only 32 when he died. I go there when I can as I'm 300 miles away. Lovely peaceful place. Thank you for this one.

I looked after a lady who stood up to the Krays, she was landlady of a pub on the Isle of Dogs, she stood 4'10" at the most, they came in to offer protection, she kicked them out, her kids had to be escorted to/from school by the police. I really admired her she never backed down from them x

    Excellent work!

Years ago when I was a kid, I went to Chingford Cemetery, as my Auntie died when she was just 4yrs old, and we went to put flowers down. I remember my Nan pointing out Violet and Francis' graves, was exactly how I remember them when you just showed them. Years later, I managed a charity shop, where one of the old ladies who volunteered used to tell me about how the Krays always treated the women likes Queens, and they never had to touch their purse when out with them, she went out with them a lot. The volunteer used to go to a gardening club.......we all reckoned she was digging a tunnel up the road to Broadmoor..........lol xx

It looks allot better than I remember. As a kid in the 80's my bedroom window looked directly over this place and it scared the essence out of me, it used to be overgrown with shrubs and wonky headstones covered in ivy (scarier in fog). I used to close my eyes while drawing the curtains before dusk just so I wouldn't accidentally see a ghoul or ghost. Pub chucking out time was the worst, people would use it as a shortcut and because they'd had a skinful they would be noisy, and to the imagination of a kid laying in bed those noises were monsters.

It's possible that Francis had such a large headstone and surround, simply because years ago it was allowed. Nowadays most cemetarys/churchyards prefer the more simpler style. It varies from place to place. Thank you for this video Paul, x

Hi, I watched your blog on the kray family graves, can I please say that your presenting was concise and fair, I knew the Kray family in fact Gary was a particular friend, we used to have such great times down at the caravan in Steeple Bay, gary was a shy but friendly boy, The grandmother fussed around her boys yet never seemed to realise what their agenda was, I once found a solid gold Dunhill lighter with the initials RK on them, I took it to Ron's caravan, Albert Donohue took it from me,and went into Ron's caravan, Ron appeared and gave me £10.00 in that day a fortune, he just said well done son,as a friend of Gary I expect you to look out for us all....he then went in, I spoke to both Ron and Reg many times both at home in Bethnal Green and down in Steeple Bay, they were softly spoken, very polite and no matter what else they did in their career they treated ordinary folk with respect. Garry died aged 44 years old I miss him every time I see a pic of him between Reg and Francis at the wedding, it's just how i remember him....thank you sir for your presentation i look forward to viewing, many more....I thank you also from the Kray Family who would have appreciated your respect

As a little girl on occasions a man would pull up on my road all suited up in a Jaguar car ask me to keep an eye on it whilst he popped off down the road which I would do on his return on finding me still sat on the wall he would give me a pound note this became a regular occurrence over a period of time the man would call me ‘Little Blondie’ I had very long blonde hair that I could sit on
my parents by this time were thinking who is this man every time I came into the house with a pound note a lot of money to a little kid back in the early 80s...so the next time my parents were waiting on his arrival on seeing my parents the man walks over to them introduces himself “Is this your little girl....your bringing her up lovely hope you don’t mind but she keeps an eye on my car I give her £1 for the trouble..make sure you look after her my name is Charlie Kray pleased to meet you” my parents faces were a picture....! with that Charlie goes off , my mum pulls me into the house telling me he is a gangster....to which me being little I say” no he’s not he’s my friend Charlie ‘....now as an adult knowing the Kray history - Me & my parents still laugh about my friend Charlie whose car I would keep an eye on...I look on it fondly as Charlie Kray came across as charming & as a gentleman always very nice to me

Pop down to Chingford from north herts about two or three times a year Paul, always pop in and put some flowers on Francis grave, her story from start to end really touched me, it was really heartbreaking especially for her mother Elsie, she tried so hard to get her daughters remains exhumed and re entered in the family plot, but they wouldn't have it. Reg pulled every trick in the book, and the Authorities gave in and he had his way, I think they were worried he was going to kick off in a big way.

I bet if Frances could choose where to be buried it wouldn't be next to the Krays knowing how she was treated, she also wanted to revert back to her maiden name. Apparently she was buried in her wedding dress as Reggie demanded, however her mother had the undertaker put a slip on her so less of her body was in contact with the hated dress.

We have 4 family graves in Chingford cemetery. I often wonder how did the Krays managed to get buried there as none apart from Charlie lived in the borough they all lived in Bethnal Green.
I remember one of the twins funeral when they were driven down Bethnal Green road they whole area came to a standstill we had a shop in Bethnal Green road we were a few shops away from the Marquis of Cornwallis pub, I remember Mad Frankie Frazer opening our shop door and saying "Hello" I nearly passed out with shock they were having a wake in the pub.
Yes they were gangsters, but I remember talking to a elderly lady who lived in Vallance road during the 60's she said she always felt safe with the "boys" about. (1995).

They were criminal gangsters who caused utmost pain and heatache for all their victims. Not heroes but glamourised by the media and the idiots who hung around them.God will judge them ,and it is eternal hell fire for them and their like. They were too stupid to realise that the law would catch up with them and put them away. And that is what happened. Hell is where they are now.

Hi there. My dad was buried in Chingford Mount, up on the top part about 150 yards from the church (you basically look over that way about 3:20 in. There is a memorial garden near the back wall for cremations close by.
I didn’t know the Krays were buried there when I was younger, but in my early 20s (having not been there for a few years) I wandered around with my then girlfriend towards the eastern exit (intending to have a walk before starting our journey home) when we noticed some ‘types’ near a part of the cemetery I’d not been to before (having not had reason to I suppose). They were all well dressed but I was not going to make too much eye contact and we just carried on before turning into the park and getting the bus on the Ridgeway to the railway station.
It was only then a couple of years after that when I ended up on another stroll that I was able to put two and two together because there was Frances Kray’s grave alongside a the more modest one for the mum and dad alongside. I wasn’t exactly that bothered about the Krays and knew little other than what was common knowledge, so it was the first time I’d seen something tangible to do with them (I admit I’d not even heard of Frances until that point 🤷🏻‍♂️).
Obviously, within a few years Ronnie was interred as was Reg in 2000. Until the twins died there was almost always someone there tending the graves when I went but I’ve not seen someone at the grave that looks like one of the ‘types’ for a good long time now. They are still well maintained though of course 👍
Interesting stuff, though I do despair at some of the somewhat skewed, romanticised views some people have of them. But they were certainly of their time 🤔
    Cheers 👍🍻🍀

Many years ago l working as a Housing Benefit officer in Bristol, and was lucky enough to work along side a lady - who was very good at her job, but also had wonderfull, vivid memories of growing up in London as a child. Her parents had a public house in the East End at the same time as Reg and Ron had their 'buisnesses' etc. Her father died leaving her mother running the pub. Reg and Ron came into the pub to offer sympathies and asked her if ever she needed any kind of 'help' or the like just to let them know. Her mother was very gracious and excepted their sympathies, and declined there offer, which they in turn excepted. My work colleague at the time remembers thinking they were old fashioned gentlemen, with kind manners and left the pub graciously and didn't return again.
So, there we go...and also l now am a post lady in Bristol and and like chat with my customers. A guy was a professional photographer.. freelance and for the big nationals. He taken alot of celebrities including the last ever photo of Reggie Kray when he had been released from prison, then from hospital and taken to a hotel in Norwich. And l politely asked the chap for a copy, which l have ... In a frame... On the lounge wall. So, yes being a chatty, friendly postie has its benefits. ☺️

      You’re welcome Paul.
I heard you say that you used to research the paranormal….
As I said Paul im 51 in a few days.
I’ve expected the paranormal and supernatural since I was 7 years old, so have a deep knowledge about the spiritual realms, and the so, so many different entities that reside in and out of the 3rd dimension…
I didn’t know why I was chosen to be put through so many encounters with different entities.
I’m an Empath and sensitive, so I have always had experiences seeing them. I decided when I reached 43 ish that I was going to spiritually awaken myself, through deep meditation, breathing techniques, diet and drinking high PH Water..
Although my senses were heightened, I wanted to activate my (pineal gland 👁 3rd eye)
So I could really see through the veil and see everything that is around us all…. And its definitely more than human souls trapped in this dimension or what people call demons 😈👽👺👹
You said you were into the paranormal Paul and obviously you researched the paranormal..
Did you have a channel mate, because some of these teams clearly have no knowledge about what they are really doing, but believe a spirit box or EMF DETECTOR..
I don’t mean you Paul, just some teams, and there’s many on TH-cam, where people take what they have said or believed was around them.
With the majority just telling lies or faking evidence, 😂 you know everywhere they visit is the demon house or poltergeist house, no matter where they attend, they seem to have mad activity happening.
However people who really understand, knows that it just doesn’t happen like that, or when people seem to amazingly have dancing kitchens, bedrooms etc..
The supernatural doesn’t work like that, but people believe it..
No one will be able to film demonic entities creating havoc on camera..
I’m sure you’re aware Paul that negative entities like 😈😈 are highly intelligent compared to us mere mortals…..
Do you think you will get back into researching the paranormal/supernatural mate.
Can I ask you what is the worst experiences you have been through.
I feel that you wouldn’t fake activity and you would be very truthful about what you have experienced on an investigation..
Have you ever watched Tom & David
      ( Haunted Finders )
The other week they were in Sherwood Forest, but they didn’t seem to understand about the situation and what was around them..
I took many Screenshots Paul, but I don’t do Facebook or Instagram.
Tom never gave me any email address to send them to.
If he had, and because he’s extremely fearful, which isn’t a good thing when you dive deeply into the spiritual realms.
I don’t think he could comprehend or accept exactly what entities were so close to them, because they couldn’t see 👁 what was clearly around them..
I said to him politely Paul, if you saw what pictures I’ve captured, I’d doubt he would go back to those woods 😄😄… But as I said, these entities have always been there and always will..
When I mentioned certain structures that cryptids build, many thought I was crazy… Far far from it, they just know how to cloak themselves or just turn back into energy ..( Orbs )
Sorry for the book Paul, and honestly I don’t think I’m better than anyone else whatsoever, because every single being can awaken themselves to see 👁 through the veil, by activating their 3rd eye 👁 so they can see into the higher dimensions.
Love to see what places you went to..
Did you ever go to The Ancient Ram 🐏 Inn..
It’s haunted, but not as much as John would like people to believe, but may John R.I.P. He was a lovely guy and a good tour guide
