It's such a shame Ronnie was so fucking crazy. He's the one that got them sent down. Reggie was so close to being legit but Ronnie was just so mad hahah and Reggie felt so dedicated Ronnie he couldn't tell him to go away
This is great 😌 love Reggie and Ronnie Kray. They have a bad rep as they did bad things but I truly believe they had hearts of gold and took care of their community.
He spent three-and-a-half years with Reggie but says he was in a 70s he was 66 years old when he died in 2000. Know your facts. If you want to sell your book.
I was in HMP wayland with reggie - he was very quiet. He had stomach cancer at the time but nobody knew. He’d give all the lads on his billet tobacco and he had no tv on show ( it was under his bed ) his cell was just full to the brim of photographs of old boxers and movie stars etc… big massive gold chain on. He would buy trainers for lads who were skint as there was a sports shop in the gym that a prison officer owned. The prison officer also also owned a sports shop in the centre of the little village near the prison. He was a very nice fellow - End of conversation.
I'm from Kent and live where the Krays spent a lot of time. My grandparents knew them well and they actually owned a pub/classy pool hall (among other properties) in the town. Literally every person you talk to who knew them definitively say just how nice they were to the common public and how accommodating they were. Their stories are fascinating and the fact they did what they did as "gangsters" whilst remaining as gentlemanly to the public is mind blowing.
Reggie served his last years in blundeston prison before his died my uncle was a prison guard at that prison at the time who knew reggie well... he also said he shouldn't of been inside
Whats his name ( some good officers) he came to Blundeston from Lewis in 92 left Blundeston (A wing) in 94 for Maidstone ( Weald wing)and I met him again in wayland in 96( C wing) he was released from wayland to Norwich n Norfolk hospital because he had bowle cancer- I think he's talking about Bradley alledyce & Reg, Blundeston was one of the best prisons it's a shame it was pulled down- some good officers in Blundeston but when violence happened it was always hardcore
Can’t make this shit up Lmfao. When he was talking about the toilet down the landing I got an add that says “nightmare, especially if you’re suffering from diarrhoea” 😭
I love how on the Outro its got ''MORE LIKE THIS'' and its just a picture of Stephen Tries talking about Jeremy 'Swaz' Lynch.. couldn't be any more opposite haha

The truth is Kray was kept in prison so long only because they'd got as high up the food chain, rubbing shoulders with politicians, celebs and business' people so the government made sure they could never become stars again on the outside. At the funeral for Ron they had some huge guard handcuffed to Reg just to make him look old and frail yet the streets still filled up, same for when Reg passed the streets filled up.. that doesn't happen if you've lost your respect
