Hey boss! Thanks for the close-up of the T... I am really looking forward to seeing the Chevs come together, so I totally get why you had to move it along. I hope the new owner enjoys it and gets it on the road! Cheers from Alberta...

They say you can't have it all. I disagree. I say you can have it all, you just can't have it all at once. I recently sold my homebuilt airplane that I spent 9 years building. Had fun with it for 2 more years. 125 hours of flight time in it. No regrets selling it. It sat for 2 years not being able to fly due to health reasons. Now I have a 39 Chevy pickup project that consumes my time, money, and thoughts. Your videos are coming in handy when I look at the fender repair that needs to be done. Thanks for the great content. Greetings from Northern Minnesota. Hell I'm damn near Canadian!
Thank you for the video, just wanted to say i'm a 70 year old male that was just a little too young to have experienced the trill of driving a go job. i think the work you performed was right on the money and it would have been nice to see finished. A man has to do what a man has to do and i respect your decision and understand the reasons why. I will be looking forward to your next great video.
That's a piece of rolling history,FYI Ford Australia produced it's first T model Fords in Geelong Victoria Australia in a converted Dalgetys wool store in june 1925, you can always get another one later on. Henry Ford was a genius that's for sure, I have seen a working replica of his first engine which was made from pipes and plumbing fittings, amazing!
You say the T is your favorite car, but we know better. Your next project will REALLY be your all-time favorite: a first-year '75 Pacer that only needs a floor, two quarters, front fenders, a roof, firewall, and the bottom 2' of each door. A quick and easy project !
I agree the model TS and As are fun but they have their place. I talked to an old guy and he told me "the only people who think them things are neat, never had to rely on one to get to work" then he proceeded with a string of profanity that was truly inspirational.
All I can do is quote Slim Pickens from Blazing Saddles... "I am depressed" You did some fine work to it, but I know how expensive and how impractical they are. My own T is reaching that critical point where I will have to decide it's future and mine. (of course, I am determined to throw a little more money down a rat hole before I make any decisions)
Jay Leno said you can buy a model T running driving for around $10000. Very cool to own the legendary Model T Ford. Henry Ford didn't invent the assembly line but he was the first to build cars using it. Great car Kyle.

@130 . I could sell books on "Too lazy to Work on It" ,but Id have to write "Too lazy to Write It" first .
Hate to see that go , I was looking forward to some early Ford stuff . Maybe you should look into converting a living room or bedroom into garage space . Oh well , good video anyway .
Well I have a model A roadster and lots of parts in my basement so the house is already being utilized as a garage
Hey, cool build, Think I’m from the same town as you. Saw this for sale, almost considered buying it but have two T’s already. Did you let go all your spare T parts with it, if not let me know, I’d be interested.
Thanks, sorry I no longer have any T parts.
Interesting on how people would make these cars into hot rods
Very cool project!.. Sorry to see it go, but you left it a lot better than it came to you. I bought your '26 coupe last year, so I am glad you get rid of things now and then;-)
Oh awesome, I'm always happy when some of this stuff can go to a good home instead of rotting in my junkyard!
A problem many of us have...not enough space and time and money to keep them all.
It's a universal struggle!
Your Cat looks Norwegian ? ;0) I shave mine it looks like a Lion ! I live in The Tropics, You can shower in the warm Rain, down here. Paradise.
The cat's are Saskatchewanian. Sounds like paradise indeed!
you are going to see CWM for a Buick, Pontiac or a 5 window pickup ??
And a Packard? Haha

lol
Scott does have a few treasures there
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Sorry that you are parting ways with the T. But, you are funding other projects, which is good. Did that engine that was stuck in the old pick-up ever free up? John
I checked the engine last week and it's still seized, I'll get it free eventually
Handsome kitty
And he knows it too!
I hear ya. Can’t hang on to all of them and keep the cats fed at the same time.
I'd sell everything to keep the cats happy!
Although you may have not recovered your money on the sale of the Model T. You gained to very valuable assets: Space and Time. I am guessing your next project will be something very different like an...... ......early Chev/GMC pick up? cheers.
Good point! There definitely hasn't been any Gmc or Chevy pickups on this channel before haha
Never a failure, plan A doesn’t work, always plan B lol you will apply things you’ve learnt on the next project 🙂 You have to know when to retreat, cut you loses, choose your battles and live to play another day and keep your motivation, good luck with your projects and having fun 🙂👍
Well said! Thanks for watching!
I've probibly had about that many too..they come and they go....and you think of all the ones you should of kept....the t is cool but your right...its more of a fair weather ride....would be awful hard to guess what your surprise project would be...unless its a 49-54 chev pickup.....good to share your projects with everyone so they can't say you're b.s.in....
Now what would make you think I'd ever work on a 47-54 Chev pickup? Haha
I hate to see the old girl go. I can tell you that you will too. She looks really good 👍.
Thanks Jay!
You have priorities. Nothing wrong with that.
I'm old. I've had a few cars. I think, you can't keep them all. Maybe you can't keep the best one even. Take pictures. You can keep the pictures for ever. Besides, the most important part of it is the process. The stuff you learned as a result of the process, you keep that forever too.
Very true! Thanks!
Watch the brake drum sizes. They changed through the years
A real bute of a car!
A diamond in the rough! haha
Never realized how far back kids were putting mods on cars.
