  • Sunrise to Sunset | 25 minute deep yoga stretch to unlock tight hips and hamstrings🔆🌙
    Hello everyone and welcome! This is day 10! the final day in the Sunrise to Sunset summer yoga series where each practice is crafted in such a way that you can do it both in the morning and in the evening. Its gentle enough to get your day started but relaxing enough to wind you down. One of the benefits of doing the same practice twice, is that you are already familiar with the routine and it is a great way to down regulate the nervous system. 🔆🌙
    Today I will be guiding you through a slow and deep yoga stretch. We move slowly, basking in each pose, breathing and sinking deep into each pose to gently unlock tight hips and hamstrings.
    If when you wake up you feel stiff and heavy, this practice will ease you into motion, to help melt the stiffness away. On the other hand, if your looking for an evening wind down before bed, this practice will help melt the stresses of your day away. So, if you need a nudge to get your day started or an escape before bed, this is the perfect practice for you! #seatedyoga #yogastretch #morningyoga

    This is an all levels practice, perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners.

    I clicked on this video because of the title but didn't know it was a part of a series so I'm looking forward to checking out the other videos! This was really needed, I enjoy doing stretches I haven't before and feeling the difference in tightness with the different postures 😊 thank youuuu x

    Thank you Shaunneka for offering this. It's a slow journey for me at this time. Im older with osteoporosis and feel off a ladder and created some compression fractures in the lower lumbar. I'm being very adaptive and gentle as I use movement for healing. Thank you for your presence. You are a gift!

    Another sunset practice for me (because of the time difference in the US) and I didn't want to wait till morning. I can’t believe the series is over. It was beautiful and I enjoyed every minute! This one was a great stretch for my lower body and a reminder that I need to continue to work on certain poses. You are so generous with these seasonal series.     It was really nice to practice this one during full moon. It took me some seconds to get the mechanic of the knee tap😅 but once i got it it felt really good. Thank you for this serie and for all your offerings💖

    I’ve been in such a rut with my practice but the thigh stretches in mermaid were amazing and they mentally stretched me because you always do something I haven’t done in forever and it’s so refreshing. Thank you ❤❤❤

      Ground chicken sautéed in olive oil and fresh herbs
      Toss in cut up zucchini
      Then add pasta
      Toss with lemon olive oil, salt and pepper
      Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
