Hey, Yoga Fam! Notice any difference in dangling from toe squat?
See you in the comments 👇🏽

This was so delicious. I really enjoyed the toe squat after the child's pose, also the palms facing up in the childs pose What a game changer😍. Thank you for an amazing practice

I never imagined i would get happy when you said "I didn't forget about toe squats"😄 but have come to love them. Dancing flamenco shoes are hard for the feet so they really appreciate a good stretch. I havent done dangling in a long time and it amazed me how i struggled less and was able to go deeper. Another great practice! Thank you and Peace🕊

Toe squat would def give you some relief from those flamenco shoes. 💃🏽

A beautiful practice, as always! 😍 Had to laugh when you said "I haven't forgotten about Toe Stand.", but I didn't really feel a difference in Ragdoll Fold (maybe because I do this pose almost every day, idk? 🙈). Thank you so much. Glad you're back ❤

What a great practice! That toe squat into dangling was intense, lol! But once I found my balance it was a great stretch :)) Thank you ❤

Opening up the toes (however painful it is for some of us 😅) definitely opens up the whole body - I felt more grounded than normal during dangling. Thanks for a wonderful morning practice ❤🙏🏽

Ever since I found your channel 2 weeks ago I’ve been stretching 3xs a day & I can feel the difference in my body. Thank you! & I always dread those toe squats but today it was bearable & I could actually do the neck rolls & wrist stretches.

❤ Hey Shaunekka!!! I loved this practice. I love everything you're doing lately. Yin has been central to my journey of healing from chronic pain, and lately I'm finding tremendous relief in the morning when I use essential oils on my back and then do about an hour of yin. I use your videos, including the older ones, almost every day. Thank you so much for all you do. ❤❤❤
I think toe squat does open up my back line, but I have very flexible hamstrings and a VERY stiff back, so I generally notice where my back opens up in dangling... not sure, but I think the effects of toe squat actually do extend up the whole back line.

Welcome back! I used a block and pillow for the dangling, but I couldn't hang out as long in the pose. Toe squat before definitely helps! Your videos give me the confidence to try new things, so thank you!

Welcome back! I missed you last week but so glad you took time to regroup! I am eager to see what you bring to us in the future! ❤️ I chuckled when you snuck the toe squats in, but I do know they are beneficial! I loved using the blocks under my knees in the counter pose. I cannot lift them off the ground for some reason, so it was helpful to find a way to get the benefits without hurting myself. I definitely went deeper into dangling after that! I loved this practice! It was a wonderful way to start my day. Thank you!! 💕🌺🥰🧘🏻‍♀️

In all honesty, that was the best dangle I have ever done! I don’t know if it was because of the footwork before or not. But I have never been able to hang that low.
That being said, I feel amazing now and I thank you so much❤

I have a really tight neck, the head rotations during the squat really helped with neck release during the dangle. My hamstrings definitely felt more tender than usual and I got a good stretch. A fabulous production thank you @Shaunneka

Lovely practice as usual! 👌Thank you! 🙏 I did dangling with blocks for the first time. It definitely felt different, but I don't know if it was because of the blocks or the toe squat. I would like to think that it was a combination of both.

I enjoyed this practice. I didn't do the full length of toe squat so can't say whether it has had a positive effect on dangling.

    • @YogawithShaunneka

@@YogawithShaunneka The dangling is challenging for me. My legs get tired quite quickly. What's the benefits of this pose?

    • @YogawithShaunneka
      @YogawithShaunneka  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

@emmaeIIe Great traction for the spine and neck. Releases the low back. And, of course, opens up the hamstrings.
