Thank you!! And yes my hair is lighter these days and has been out more on my workouts although I am worried it gets caught in the rope especially when I am filming outdoors when there can be gusts of wind.

Hey Jonathan thanks for the feedback on our latest Cardio Jump Rope Workout. You will be able to reach the end of this workout just be patient and take rests when you need them. The key is to train smarter not harder. And thanks for the reply to my poll that you would like another live stream just need to check the best day of the week to do this on a monthly basis.
