Wow! I hated this and I loved it! What an aerobic workout! Those "longer" intervals with the brief rest kept your heart rate up the entire time! This format is tough but also quite fun, it keeps you engaged and forces you to stay present. Also, having 7 unique exercises per round added even more intensity. This is a wonderful start to the new workout plan! You never cease to amaze me, Winter!

Hey Frank I think the best way to check would be to try both ways with and without the rebounder using a wearable so you can track your stats how does that sound? Please note that jumping on a firm surface requires lower body conditioning that you build up over time. And as I don't know you current fitness level perhaps start slow and reduce the duration of the workout including workout to rest ratio to test how your body feels.

@@PHOENIXNATIONFITNESS Good stuff. I hear you. I have bone on bone on my left knee. Straight ahead running bothers it and skipping can at times. But I will give it another try. Great calorie burner. I combine with burpees, pull ups , push ups, n mtn climbs....Have a great week!
Phoenix, try a burpee video....instead of skipping, burpee for say 30 secs.....rest....then 30....etc....then up to a minute!! Easier on the knees.....Have a great week!

Thank you and no I do not. I alternate my jumping days to give my legs a rest as I have a knee issue that I have to work around.
