    I love this one for its simplicity. I pull calf muscles despite your 10 min warm so now stick to boxer step and basic jump and injury free. Great work, thank you and oh and I have reached my goal weight at weight watchers.

      Hi sorry to hear that you got injured what jump rope exercise were you doing? It takes time to build up the lower body conditioning for jumping so be patient and slowly add in other skills with low reps while you continue building.

    It was great but I had to add my own jump rope thing instead of the boxer step because the boxer step was getting to be too much repeating over and over so can u please make 30 min videos of a variety of jump rope instead of one thing. Thank you again you are awesome 😅

      Glad you liked it! Treadmills have their place for people who are not able to jump however if you can jump even one bounce then it's time to ditch the treadmill and try something NEW that is going to challenge you. Let's embrace the HARD stuff!

    Winter.. May i ask you to consider making a video for us guys who are struggling with removing fat around our organs, beer belly as it’s known but in my case i honestly have not had a alcoholic drink in 40 yrs, skipping just doesn’t seem to work for me as i’m very unbalanced.. I’m diabetic too not that that’s any excuse. Perhaps a 30 minute belly shred for us older guys who want to be healthier? Please X

      Noodles, you need to include some weighted workouts in your routine. There is never a week that goes by that I haven't lifted some weights. And you can NEVER out-train a bad diet.

      @@PHOENIXNATIONFITNESS Winter… luvly one… When you say “ you can never out train a bad diet” are you saying unless you have a great diet no amount of hard training will help in reducing the belly? Or that you need to work extra harder to achieve your aim if you don’t have a great diet.. I’ve been veggie since i was a kid but i’m very good for eating lots of fruit, veg, and nuts ( i’m totally nuts as you all know) with no alcohol no smoking etc .. X

      ⁠@@noodlesiisI know I’m not winter but typing in your weight and height can go into a calorie calculator and you can figure out your daily caloric intake needed which if you minus 200-400 form everyday you will lose weight around your organs ❤

      Glad you like them! It's funny cause I never used to train them. And when I need to lean up I will always include some jump rope with my weighted cords from Crossrope.

    The more challenging the better make them 5 or 10min intervals to test mental and physical endurance.
