In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an update to a viewers email who I answered in a previous newsletter titled, “She Has No Enthusiasm To See, Touch or Be Close To Me”. He is temporarily long distance from his girlfriend for the next year and she has been cold and distant, even when they are in person. He shares some updates about her pursuing more, but she still is not super enthusiastic to see him on virtual dates. She dresses up and looks good to go out with friends, but for him she dresses like a bum for a video date.

At this point, when women start acting like this or display this behavior…they are subtly wanting you to break up with them, so you look like the one who ended things and not her….which she had already done subconsciously weeks/months prior
You have to have an abundance mindset. There are literally millions of women out there, regardless of how special you think she is, realize that she isn't rare. Don't put her on a pedestal.

This exact thing has happened to me in just the last @15 months, 3 different women. It's just how the universe works. When a woman is into you, she's on you like a sucker fish. Do yourself a justice and just roll ahead fellas. Plenty of awesome women are all around you every day, and you'll find that they will greatly appreciate/reciprocate your time and energy!

I recently was dating a girl that had displayed very similar actions.
I've read 3% Man 21 times and will never chase another woman again. In fact, I am also now reading Mastering Yourself for the 2nd time and have discovered and created my purpose in life.
After taking a break to reevaluate and study your advice and coaching, I am now back dating and have noticed that the women I interact with are chasing me, calling, texting, wanting me to come over it's fucking awesome.
Going from being a beta bitch to a dominant Alpha has made all the difference in the world.

This guy has changed my life. No joke at all. Went from DRAMATIC relationships for 10 years to getting ghosted non-stop...to FINALLY 3 different, GREAT dates every week. I stayed the course (DID THE WORK, fixed my body, fixed my money, etc.) and eventually I met my current girlfriend and we've been together for 4 years now and it's been AWESOME...and the work doesn't stop here. When I start slipping back, it becomes obvious and then it's back to the books!

How did you meet your current girlfriend?
@@unifive10 She ended up randomly (last minute) taking a temp position in Florida (coming from Kansas) which led her to live in the same building as me. She decided after MONTHS of dating and me seeing multiple other people simultaneously to stay in Florida. The other girls just eventually fell off, she and I moved to an apartment together and going on 5 years later, still going strong to this day, we have a house, pets and all that jazz together lol I would have NEVER seen this coming. She and I have built an amazing life so far and if it doesn't work out, we both know we'll be ok! Until then, we'll keep having a blast!
I obsessed over the book, and many other books. I followed to a T. Struck out a lot, but got the hang of it. It can be done. I promise. ;)

This was a good reminder from an ex over a year ago. When she was excited she used to comment if I didn't dress up for her, but when our 2 year anniversary came up I wanted to get dressed up and go out. She wanted to stay in doing take out. If she's stressed for buying a house etc than it's my turn to get her off that story and make her easy going again. For this video it sounds like a difficult task to get her enthused about you. I know this is easier said than done, but i'd just personally walk away from this and start dating other women to take my mind off her. I hate doing long distance. Everytime she texted or called, i'd talk for a few minutes then leave. The thing is that would probably raise her interest as she'd be wondering if there is another girl in the picture. Still, i don't think things can really work out with long distance relationships.
Long distant relationships don't workout no matter the love between two people. You are not around to keep the relationship progressing it will die out.

you know it’s funny I’ll watch videos of coach and and I’ll do things right and then I’ll stop watching videos for a few months because my relationship is going well and then you can tell it slowly starts going down it’s not bad by any means she still always texts me when she gets off work before she goes to work always texting me updating me when she goes out with friends but I don’t know maybe it’s just me but I’m definitely softer than I was so here I am again like getting reinforcements to be tougher again

She doesn’t want to talk to me anymore because she thinks I lied and I definitely started to get to desperate. Not sure if it’s past the point where I can use some of this advice. The idea of not being able to show her I’m not desperate or needy is really bothering me. Hey Coach Wayne, how do you re-attract an ex you work with and you see her almost everyday? Thanks for all your hard work, Coach.
Re-attraction is done in person on a date with just the two of you. But while at work just be positive and upbeat like the breakup hasn't bothered you. Don't go out of your way to talk to her or hang around her, and if you have to talk keep it about work. Flirt with other female colleagues. If she has any interest left in you, that fact that you seem unbothered will demonstrate strength, and flirting with other colleagues will show you're preselected. Plus the fact that you're not chasing her will give her the vibe that you could be a bit of a challenge. These things combined should raise her interest enough for her to ask to meet up with you outside of work, but only if there is any interest left on her part. If she broke up with you because you consistently acted weak or crazy and she has lost respect for you as a man, then there is no chance and there is nothing you can do. But if there is still some interest there do what i said while following 7 principles to get an ex back.

What I've been getting lately is women who want me to be available when they want and push it beyond comfortable, like "oh come on I need you" and when I say "nope later" they just start like a ghosting phase, it kinda sucks.

My ex is trying to get back with me and one of her boundaries is for me to not be friends with females and not talk to them. She believes when I talk to women, I flirt with them. I'm an extrovert, and outgoing meanwhile she's an introvert.
My ex did not want me to talk to men or have male friends. He was very controlling and was always adding more rules for me to follow.
There's a difference between casual conversations with female acquaintances and having close friendships with women.

I am the opposite I was cold dick to a girl I was seeing for 2 months she had high interest right off the bat and was easy to date. she ended things about 3 weeks ago abruptly two days after she had called me and told me she was upset with something I did on our date. Have you thought why you were cold to her? Usually when girls are wife material your not cold to them. Would you seriously marry and have kids with her? Also sounds that you didn't make your boundaries clear enough for her that's why "you don't care" or it's because you were cold. Something you did on a date thing sounds like an excuse.

Yeah I was being robotic and it blew up in my face. I saw relationship but marriage i need to be in relationship for awhile to see it.
