    Letting Go Is EASY When You Do This: How To Release Attachment (The Letting Go Technique)
    In this video, Julien Blanc (AKA Julien Himself) reveals the practical steps and common mistakes people make when it comes to letting go and the letting go technique!
    There are 3 steps when it comes to letting go:
    1) Be aware of what you want to let go of

    3) Let it come up and let it out

    Hey Julien I just did your free guided meditation after watching thise video and I loved it. The experience was amazing and I'm feeling so light. The main thing that I realized that I was the one who was making myself tight and miserable like my life is pretty amazing but I got influenced by social media and specially those instagram reels that makes you feel that being a victim is good and self pity is what get you people's attention. As soon as I realized it I was having a big smile during meditation coz I was wrong and I felt amazing about me being wrong. You are doing a great job. Thank you for everything. 🙌♥️

    @JulienHimself you always talk about that self worth can't depend on anything and has to come first etc. because otherwise it would be situational and you're always seeking permission..I get that and agree with it - But what about the self trust (or feeling of pride) aspect, which is accomplished by keeping promises to yourself and living up to your standards; how does it contribute to that self love/ worth? Seems quite paradoxical to me..

      i think what you are missing on this one is that it has something to do with the letting go technique which refers on not trying to think logically and try to sort it in your head but rather to just let all the emotions which you have surpressed come up and learning to accept those. so there are for sure aspects in which its necessary to engage the mind but most of the times its just about releasing the emotions from your inner cage and stop giving the negative voice its power by letting go of that resistance

  • @BlueSpiceSpace
    @BlueSpiceSpace 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    What do you do to let go of the "oh no" fear when you think about "what if x fear is true?" how do you "let the thought pass"? Thx

    • @zthehero
      @zthehero 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      that "oh no" is resistance around it. You just no longer resist the resistance and experience it, since it's a bodily sensation too, it'll pass by. You dont wanna focus on thoughts.

      Cost you nothing. You just have to be brave to ask yourself those shadow questions and not let the mind give you the answer.

      It may not seem like it but you really only need your inner self. Took me years of feeling like I couldn't be enough cause I didn't realize that each of us is already "good enough" as we are. Your okay right now as your full self and dont let anything make you feel different about this. Even us who realized this, arent fully healed, its a challenge most days. Your enough, your worthy of being enough right now. 😊❤🙏🏼

    • @ManifestNMotivate369
      @ManifestNMotivate369 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I must add that way self help explains things. They make it seem that you got to be positive all the time and just flowing with love which just isn't true or realistic at all. We always will have positive or negative things in us regardless of how much inner work happens. Theirs no destination of only love and positivity 🙏🏼 hope this helps.
