    Namaste Maaji🙏 I watch your videos and follow your advice. I find them very useful. In this video, I felt you could have suggested some more Desi Vegetables /fruits instead of Foreign /imported fruits /vegetables . For example, the herb Brahmi for brain development

      @@monabarakat7383 Yes I know. My comment was only to express how odd it feels to not see the liver featured in a list of most important body organs, as it's responsible for so many vital bodily functions. But yes, I've seen her other videos on liver health. Always great content!

    Request you to give Indian equivalents to some of the foreign ones as their availability and cost are a deterrent.
    For eg. blueberries are Rs 2000/- a kg and each avocado costs Rs 200/- or more. Nearly all of the olive oil sold in the Indian markets are highly adulterated.

A frank feedback- somehow the foods you suggested in the video(like blue berries- not so easily available in India&what's available is super expensive! Olive oil- can we have Indian oil option, Avocado- still expensive in stores, can we have an Indian alternative) would appreciate if you could share this that are easily available and fresh in India rather than imported and expensive options.       Easily digestible food is suggested which varies depending on condition. Taking triphla powder daily and castor oil once a week is suggested which has potential to reverse the condition

      1” strip of pomegranate peel, add boiling water, cover tightly, steep covered at least ten minutes, when cooled down enough to safely drink the tea. I add a pinch of grated ginger. Teaspoon raw honey.

    Is there any method in ayurveda to cure autoimmune diseases.
    I am a 22 year old student with lot of dreams still pending and few months ago i was diagnosed with autoimmune disease, probably the worst one.
    All of a sudden i feel everything ripping apart all my hard work and everything i did for my future won't be of any use.
    Doctor's say it's completely incurable, there is no medicine or anything to cure autoimmune diseases in medical science.
    I would rather die fighting for my country happily than a stupid disease.
