      Hi Mam.. I have a doubt with the sixth mudra. The left thump should be above the right thumb or below it and hold the right thumb erect? Kindly clarify as the same is not very clear in the video.Thanks in advance.

    I practiced yoga & meditation & studied ayurveda in my 20s and 30s. Somewhere along the way, I allowed some of that knowledge to fall by the wayside. I am now 67 & recently, woke up feeling a loss of joy. I typed in "Ayurvedic cures for anti-aging" and Voila! this info came back to me! Ayurveda is truly the "Sacred Knowledge of Life".     Doctor Hansaji... thank you. I do Gyan mudra whenever I can, as long as my stomach is empty. Better sleep... more relaxed... blood pressure readings improved. I do this mostly when watching television.

    Excellent video and information. I was diagnosed with Neurosarcoidosis in 2021 after 30 years of a healthy lifestyle. It is a rare genetic inflammatory disease. I don’t like pharmaceuticals at all so I have been trying even more holistic treatment methods.
