Hi I’m suffering from acidity past 2 years I need some personalised advice how can I contact
To sum up the video:
1. Do Bed stretches as soon as you wake up.
a) Pavanmuktasana - Repeat it 3 times
b) Hastapadangustasana
c) Sutakapotasana
d) Raise both your legs and rest them along the wall and stay in this position for 5 minutes.
2. Jivha Mula Shodhana
3. Drink coriander water in the morning.
4. Go for a brisk walk for 30 minutes in the morning after drinking coriander water
5. After the walk, lie down in shavasana for 10 minutes.
6. Do pranayama.
a) Shitali pranayama - 3-4 times
b) Seetakari pranayama - 10 times
7. Eat a gut friendly breakfast like oatmeal, porridge, curd, apples, bananas, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds etc
8. Avoid processed and fast food that is unhealthy.
9. Manage your stress levels.
Out of all the videos I watched about acidity, this video has given me the most value.
Daily morning routine
1.Bed stretches to massage the internal organs.
2. Oral hygiene - drink a glass of water and brush your teeth.
3. Drink coriander water.
4. A brisk walk.
5. Shavasana for 10 mins.
6. Pranayama.
7. Eat a gut friendly breakfast like oatmeal, add apples/banana.
Mam I don't know what should I say but I am at now at 2:41 am suffering from severe chestburn and acidic condition but after watching this very helpful video not only I got positiveness but it really works

I wake up, drink warm water, get fresh, do brush, do yoga for an hour and take breakfast. I am pure vegetarian, I don't intake any alcohol or nicotine, still suffering from hyper acidity, indigestion and constipation. Before drinking water first thing in the morning, one needs to brush their teeth, or at least rinse the mouth and spit out, so that after sleep mouth taste contamination isn't swallowed / taken in.

An exercise or Yoga for to overcome the problem who have high front teeth problem and can't close their mouth properly. If there any solution to get over this , please share with us.. it will be very helpful

Thanks for these useful tips to cure acidity. In acute condition of acidity I bring fresh garden grass in morning and chew raw like Paan, it helps me in acidity.

I have words which is beyond the thankfulness
I wake up at 4:45 and leave home at 5:45 eating this early in morning is not possible. I don't enjoy eating food outside so i don't get to eat till 1 or 2 in afternoon. I do eat sprouts but i still stay hungry . I am 23 and i am 58kgs yet i have serious acid reflux problems. Sometimes its even hard to swallow water

M a 25 years old male I suffer with shit hyper acid reflux alot. It cause me sever anxiety I can't even walk I suffer shortness of breath, chest pain, pressure on chest, I thought it would be heart issue but after doing every kind of test ECG+2decho+tmt doctor said you are all great. But this issue almost make me feel like m going to die today night. It's hard for me to come over it. From past 1 year. It all started due to not eating on proper time. Now I suffer alot. I never ever drink , never smoked , i love to do youga but from my childhood i suffer with my stomach. When ever m fine I feel like a beast working on his goals. But when it comes its make me feel like m not going to live anymore. Well with yoga and pranayam I almost come over it. But still it make me suffer almost everyday in evening. Fighting with fear anxiety is not that easy. That's dangerous in long termz
Since week my heart started feel warm when I try to sleep, also stomach always make noise..I can't sleep when hot feels inside..it last 5-6 second but it disturb my sleep and i awake..mostly after 3am..
Same problem.. is there any medication help for this
M much better now suffer a little bit of anxiety some time but come over it ... I used jeera water and triphala sometimes mathi water ... And change my habbit of not eating on time with meditation and working out. Still feeling better now

I am really impressed by your holistic approach to this problem. I have been suffering from acid reflux for the past twenty years and have been regularly taking powerful allopathic medications. However I understand almost everything useful and beneficial needs to be done empty stomach, early in the morning, like eat that,drink that, do that . All supposed to be done as soon as one wakes up. All ayurevedic doctors and others advice the same. At the moment I am following a few of the recommendations, but I find they are all clashing now, and then they say not to mix up and have a time gap of so much, OMG... this is overwhelming, don't know what is the right thing!

Hello Dr! Thanks for all your practical advices. Please do a video on prevention, healing of "vata" that causes ocular pathologies such as PVD, large floaters that is leading to serious conditions, retinal detachment. When this happens to anyone, specially young people it is devastating. So, if you can share herbs, medication, food, yoga that can strengthen vitreous gell, increase eye health by reducing vata (other matters), that is appreciated.
I don't go for brisk walk as I m underweight.

As long as you walk is good still many benefit . Blood will flow . Do not have to have brisk walk if not able to do . Keep walking

Hi FYI, Mam has provided video for sinus problems and it's very effective. I am suffering from sinus for a long time and by following simple tips given by Mam now I am feeling much better and able to breathe and having good sleep. You can try to keep warm your scalp and bathing and drink warm water tips suggested by Mam, you start with this you will get relief from sinus 70-80%.
