it's easy to froth and tastes amazing with chocolate chip cookies!

creamy almond milk 🤍
ingredients
- 2 cups of almonds
- 4 cups of water, cold
- 1-2 tsp of maple (you can use the syrup or sugar or any sweetener you prefer)
- a dash of sea salt
instructions
- boil the almonds with water to cover on the stove (they will boil faster and the point is to soften them. an alternative is to soak them overnight but this way is faster).
- strain the almonds and add them to the blender.
- add all ingredients to the blender.
- blend on high.
- pour through a nut milk bag into a bowl (you can use cheese cloth if you don’t have a nut milk bag).
- stir with ladle and pour into a jar to store in the fridge.
notes: there is natural separation so shake every time before you use :)
