    I did it, after fighting through a bought of depression and panic that's lasted a few weeks, I did this workout all the way to the end.

      Love them especially for my own re-arrangement purposes 🌻💋 I'd rather do 2x 20 instead of one 40mins as I get to choose more :)) but that's just personal!

    I just finished this workout and I’m so proud of myself. I’m a 68 yo female and I used 12, 15 and 18 lb weights! My heart rate went up to 138 bpm also, so it was a cardiac workout too!!!

    I've got a love/hate relationship with complexes. They're always so hard, but you feel so accomplished afterwards. This workout looks really great…I hope you all have a wonderful session and have that Friday feeling after!!

      Morning Devansh, yes was hard but now I feel great. Going from complex into staple was definitely demanding but so much fun and what a finisher. Delighted to say I was able to use the 10kg the whole way through. Time flew by. Enjoy as I know you will. And happy Friday 🔥💪

    ❤I am returning to CG after a bit of laziness and busyness. I have lost some strength. These 20 minute daily workouts are perfect for getting me back in shape. Still no slacking on these shorter workouts!! Day 2 ABS would challenge anyone. Thanks Caroline!

    That staple complex was amazing!! 👏🏻🤩🥵 Loved it so much! It was exhausting but at the same time the minute flew by because I was concentrating on each step and what was next. And the finisher to top it all off was perfect! 👊🏻 Throughly enjoyed today. The layout of all the other exercises was great and I had a lot of fun! Those 1 1/2 pushups at the end were killer..but I always love those deep pushups! I did the 30 min triset workout as my add-on. Loved it as well! What a way to start my Friday!     I was having a hard time just getting out of bed today just no motivation and I forced myself to do something and I'm so glad I committed to this workout because halfway through I was already thankful I didn't stay in bed. Thank you Caroline for delivering these workouts with passion and dedication. I'm glad I started the new year with a workout!!     I ve just finished this workout, it is awesome. Found it little bit hard to perform a complete set of full pushups ( so went to wall pushups).
    The 20 min format workout is perfectly to incorporate in a day . So thanks a million Caroline for these workout. Wishing you all a beautiful day

    I went to the doctor yesterday, she told me in menopause strength training is important. She said I’m not against cardio but if you could do full body strength at least 3 times a week it would be best. First video I turned to is yours! I’m grateful for all that you do! ❤

    This advent calender has been a blessing! I've been struggling to motivate myself to do workouts but with the reset of December this has been such a motivation. I didn't do in the day but went out in the evening and now at midnight I've made myself do this so I don't give up overall. Really proud of myself and thankful for these workouts! x

    I am currently redoing Epic Heat and I do this Advent Series as an add-on. It works perfectly as they coincide with the targeted muscle groups. Thank you Caroline!♥️♥️♥️

      I’m doing the same thing! Except I have never completed Epic I before. I found Caroline just this past year and have completed only Epic III. I know I’m going backwards, but I found that Epic I is just as challenging as Epic III!

    Thank you for the short workouts. So easy to get in a workout during the holidays when you’re torn between working out and watching a movie with a family. Was able to do both today. And burned calories with this workout!!!

    What seems impossible today will one day become your warm-up.That was a slogan at initial stage when I started religiously doing workouts . I had Shifted the focus from what my body looks like to what it can do when I firstly saw mam and started my journey with her since starting just by following her workouts and her verdicts and now I feel really so accomplished with myself . Just because of CG MAM.Tons of Thanks are not enough 💝

    I got to week 9 of Epic but a busy work week and coming down with covid again knocked me - couldn't face the 1 hour epic workout today so clicked on this and it did not disappoint ! Loved the short complex between sets - and I feel so much better now!

    Day 3 Smashed! Enjoyed this FullBody workout! Toughest and my favorite was the Staple Complex. Got my HR raised and Sweat dripping. Feeling Powerful and amazing to finish. Also did the add-on 15min. RDL wo.

    Loved this! Short & sweet, good activation all around. Really felt the shoulder presses in the complex after those push-ups! Gonna be tagging on the recommended add-on to really burn out those hamstrings. Looking forward to tomorrow!

    Really enjoyed this format - loved the complexes peppered in . Also these shorter sessions are perfect to fit into every day and I just another one if I have the time and energy. So flexible and I can even do one in the morning or lunch and then the add on in the evening if that fits in better with my day. Thank you Caroline for these and all the other work outs you have gifted us. Here's to an even stronger and fitter 2022 - mind and body x

    Absolutely loved this. Short and oh so sweaty workout. Did yesterdays straight after as had a harder than normal physical day at work. So couldn’t move when I got in yesterday . This really lifted my mood, can’t wait for tomorrow.

    I love complexes and this workout definitely delivered - especially for only 20 minutes. I did this with the addon and it was awesome. Thank you so much, Caroline. Side note: My 2.5 year old daughter often watches me workout (so these shorter workouts are great for the 2.5 year old attention span) and "tries" to exercise. Its the cutest thing. She calls you "Miss Caroline."

    Loved this full body workout! I am using a hotel gym with half the equipment not useable or broken so just needing 2 dumbbells and a little space was just perfect! Thanks for taking care of us Caroline!

    3 Days in... I dont know how everyone is feeling but my Shoulders and Core are so sore and I have been working out for less time with much lighter weights than I normally would use ... Result...Todays complex was challenging maintaining the balance and form while keeping focussed on the goal. I finished this feeling I had just done 40 mins then i checked the clock and remembered i had extra time for some Cardio after. In summary same engaging smile, same focus, same superb planning, same intensity all in half the time.... love this 😀 ❤

      Evening Anthony...I loved this one too! I don’t have 10 kg weights so I used a mixture of 12.5 and 8 kg...challenging but doable! I did the RDL add on...and now I see we are doing hamstrings and glutes tomorrow! Enjoy the rest of your evening and see you tomorrow...I’m afraid you are using your favourite glute band again! Matthew

      @@matthewalmond8274 Hi Matthew I used 12.5s all the way through. Not the Gluteband ...I'm always thinking I have used it that much the tension should be going out of it. It was Carolines recommendation so I guess it was a quality one because its a killer. See you tomorrow 👊

    I must say these 20 min worksouts are brilliant. I feel I am working harder and lifting heavier and feeling like I had done a 45 min workout. I have time to do these everyday with one to days off to rest and it's over in a flash. Great work Caroline x

    This is my vacation series for next two weeks. Started when packing and busy getting ready to leave.
    Lots of walks bike rides and tennis also during vacation. These are perfect for me to keep maintained!
    Longer workouts have chance of becoming no workout trying to fit al our fun in. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    Goodmorning to all! I just finished this and it was satisfying. Before, I didn't listen to you when you say slow lowering the dumbbells when you have a light weight. I did that since start of advent and I feel every muscle because of it, I also have better mind-muscle connection. This was satisfying! And it didn't affect me performing lunges. I love this slow pace. Thank you Caroline! ❤
