    I appreciate Caroline’s video descriptions - it provides me a great preview of the workout so I know what to expect. She also takes the time to write a different description for every video, rather than just copy and paste! And the grammar and spelling is flawless (thankfully lol) It’s these little details that make your channel from excellent to one of a kind! I’m so excited for this one!

      I totally agree! 💯 So many YT trainers copy and paste and sometimes the description doesn’t even make sense with the workout and some ramble on about subscribing or their gear in their store and don’t even provide info about the workout! LOVE her descriptions- they are so very helpful!! 💕

    Just wanted to say BIG THANK YOU 🙏 normally there are exercises for 40 min 1h and I do them but can’t sustain it for more than a couple weeks. This 20 minute workout with weights it’s perfect every morning. I absolutely love it, the exercises, timer act act I have been doing it for a month now and feeling difference and still waking up to start my day with your workout. Thank you again xx

      I do - in the thumbnails I like how sometimes she becomes part of the text (eg. I in HIIT) and also the colors - the shade of pink in the video is so beautiful!

    Hi Caroline. I have been doing your videos every day since April but this is the first time I have commented. I have to say I have become a little addicted but it is all positive. Since lockdown No1 (UK) I have lost 8lbs, gone down a dress size and am the fittest I have been in decades. I haven't gone back to my old gym classes and have stuck with you - my body obviously needed more variety and that is exactly what you give. Finally, had a bit of a result with this particular class - for the first time I matched your weights! LOL :) Thank you. X

    I love HIIT with dumbbells (i used 5 kg). This one was great! I did the abs 'unbroken' after that (the link leads me to the 'rock hard' abs - very cool as well). Thank you Caroline for spoiling us with all these fantastic workouts! Have a beautiful Sunday everyone!

    Dear Caroline... Thank you for another fantastic workout! As an ex pro athlete, and a lifelong enthusiast of most sports, I do not only appreciate the quality of these workouts, but the fun aspect and the wonderful, supportive community you have created. For the first time in my life, I do not look around to challenge myself and have fun, I can just stick to you! Thank you!
    You asked for a feedback, my humble opinion/ advice is: Be Your Fantastic Self!, the way you have been so far. I do not think it happened by accident that you grew your channel that quickly. I hate planks, body weight workouts. Wall squats are my least favorite exercises. I do them all with you and others because you are hard working and fun.
    Your introductions are succinct and helpful, the attention to details admirable, your smile - contagious, the workouts reflect your deep knowledge of the subject while the exercises are not unnecessarily complicated.
    Anyone agrees??😉

    It’s my bday today so I will hit this HIIT today! Money is hard to come by in my household, so I’m very happy to spend some on my ankle weights, yoga block arms push up bar as a bday gift for myself (and a delicious carrot cake 😜)

    This is headed to my tomorrow’s to do list. So happy that you kept going through with these routines. I love them and can’t miss any of them! Dummbell routines are so beautiful.. I never thought how it could be possible to HIIT them.. Sticking with you thoughout the past months showed us how a single move can go from static to pulsing to slow and control to intese to high intensity to explosive! Love it.. Thank you..

    Amazing way to start a Sunday. Thanks, Caroline! On a side note, was snowboarding a couple of days this week and it’s incredible how much of a difference your workouts have made. I’ve never been athletic and taking up snowboarding in my 40s has definitely been challenging. That started to change last year when I began my fitness journey and I immediately noticed the difference in my riding. However, since I’ve been doing your workouts for the past several months, the change is much more significant. I still spend most of my time on my butt, but leapfrogging uphill on my board was much easier, my quads have much more endurance (and they need it since I still constantly brake on my heel edge), and I was much less sore the first day, whereas normally I’d be so sore that it would take a gargantuan amount of effort to move, much less ride on day 2. Thank you so much for your workouts!!!

    Absolutely love you Caroline. This was my first workout of yours and it's my fave. keep coming back to it. I've told so many of my mummy friends about your workouts because they are just the right length of time where the kids will leave me alone and involve a bit of everything. I can see changes in my body already after just a few weeks - and I haven't even been that consistent. Brilliant stuff CG x

    I did this one a few days ago and I'm still walking funny. But I am looking fab! I don't know how Caroline keeps smiling throughout her workouts - I was sweaty, red faced, grunting and cussing a blue streak but I did it! Not for newbies is this one. Caroline, I love you.

    Just finished this workout. I used 15 and dropped to 10 lbs when my injured shoulder was screaming at me. My quads def. started to burn with the one-sided reverse lunges... but the kneeling to alt. leg squats killed me. I couldn't believe you did these on a hard surface...eeek that must have hurt! I love these videos and the intensity make up for the short duration. At my age, HIIT is the way to go to increase growth hormone, burn fat, promote muscle, and decrease inflammation. They are so effective, and I alternate between different workouts to get a good variety throughout the week.

      I did a epic day15 tabata's and I thought I was going to die. It was harder than second time around. I will definitely be doing this 20 minute workout sometime this week!

    Great surprise to see this 20min DB HIIT this morning. I was debating what weight to use so decide to go for 7.5kg and as I have the pullup bar now in place add 1 pullup in the rest period. Worked really well. Great start to Sunday. Thanks Caroline, wee Winston will need his raincoat on today for his walk, Happy Sunday everyone😉

      @@samanthamilner4486 Hi Sam I enjoyed that today probably could have gone a little heavier but the two pullups was good as by the time you get to the bar do the pullups and then pick up the DBs again you back to your 30secs of work. Very satisfying

    Thank you for another awesome training I love, love that you use weights to gain strength, toning and slimming, instead of aerobics only. Body composition becomes so much better with this type of training

      I agree Matthew I’ve finally increased my weight from 10 kg to now 12.5 and 15 I’m super pumped to use them for leg day or total body session which ever she uploads this weeks

I love everything about your workouts, easy to follow, like the box up the top prepping me for the next move. I did it with 7kg dumbells and holy moly it was tough!!     Caroline, I did this one a few days ago and it was a great workout! I just did day 44 today and it was also amazing.
    I noticed that there aren't a ton of lateral stretches/lunges in the workouts, and I would love to see a 30 minute one that does lateral lunges, kneeling glute raises with the one leg kicked out to the side, wide stance windmills, things like that.
    Keep on being amazing and saving all of our sanities in this strange year. I've lost 35 pounds and couldn't do it without you.❤❤❤❤

    This is my third workout that I've done this morning I did lower and arms and core and this one. what a great workout this was. Thank you with your help I have tone so much and build muscles at 68 I'm surprised and I'm keeping up with your workouts but I'm doing it and thank you again.

      Hi Raphaela...I hadn’t realised that you are only 9. Doing exercise is great...but I would say two things. First be very careful with your weights. At your age a lot of bones and joints have not fully developed. Don’t go too heavy. And I would strongly suggest that you get an adult to supervise your form in doing exercises...just to check that you are doing things correctly and not in danger of injuring yourself! Hope all is good for you and hope this helps. Matthew

    Here I thought this would be an 'easier' workout because it was only 20 min. Yeah..NO! It was a well earned 20 min workout! So awesome Caroline- Thank YOU!! I used 12lbs and that was hard, I couldn't go as fast as you did on some but I paced myself and that's what I love about these workouts. You go as hard or as heavy as you can and its your workout.

    It was absolutely perfect for me today. Was planning to do the day 15 HIIT, but feeling weak today and actually almost gave up on working out, which would be the first time since the beginning of Epic, but looked through this HIIT, and found the extra motivation.
