Girl I’m 34, I stop working out regularly at 24 when my mom died. We worked out together every day, so it was heartbreaking and depressing going to the gym without her, she loved lifting weights and passed that to me😁I would start working out again with work out programs at home, but nothing motivated me and encouraged me to keep going. For abs & core, I love classes with dumbbells best of all so I really enjoyed this upload today. I flipped things around and did the Christmas cardio first. I remember doing that last year and really enjoying it. So much upbeat Christmas music in it that I had not heard before so I found myself dancing out a few moves here and there! Caroline knows how to do a really entertaining and varied cardio class where we move in all directions…lots of yoga type moves, plyo, core, and other fun stuff. Til tomorrow!

I loved the combination of bodyweight and weighted abs. Dead bug is one of my absolute favorite ab exercises! I completed this after day 44of the epic 3 program.
I’m 20 weeks pregnant and HEAVILY modified this one. Did a lot of my own thing but I showed up, I feel great, and I got stronger. Thank you Caroline for all of your incredible work and for keeping us strong through all the seasons ❤️

You should do more of these. I personally love separate abs training, and not so much full body. I like to separate legs, abs, etc. And this video is actually really effective.

Started today doing your workouts for the very first time after had my daughter two years ago and gained so much weight. Lost myself and depressed to see myself in the mirror how far I became. I know is gonna be a long journey to be back at my original weight just need more encouragement but I love your videos thank you!

Wow this was HARD. First I was like "20min isn't that long", but I couldn't finish most of the exercises because it was so tough. Anyone able to keep up must have abs of steel. I'm definitely going to feel this tomorrow

Dear Caroline, You are my saviour. I was in the middle of epic III and after work, just returning to my car I had an ankle sprain a few days ago. I am trying to keep working out just in the floor avoiding weight bearing on the foot. I feel dissapointed because I was progressing a lot. Now I know it will take some weeks to begin the track as I was before but I feel gratitude because somehow You give us a lot of alternatives that I try to adapt to my new situation

for me one of the best abs videos 🖐 because it was over 20 minutes, because weights and plank were included . Through your support dear Caroline, I got a defined abs that I am proud of 💕and I really learned to press my lower back into the mat! 👍🏼 and yes I had a lot of fun with this longer ab workout. 💯
Did about the first 10 minutes of this today without dumbbells. I'm posting this so that in a year or so, after consistently doing ab-specific workouts (and others), I can smash this entire workout with dumbbells!
I had to take a 15 second break here and there. I always notice that my core have become a little stronger, I can focus on bettering my form now. This felt amazing! Really hard, but rewarding!

So happy to see and experience this video. I have been a.grateful follower of Caroline’s upper body workouts since I discovered her after COVID lockdown from the gym. During the same time I have found Pilates inspired ab workouts to be most effective for my body. I think Caroline nailed it in this video and I would love to get more. Also want to do a shout out to her awesome production team. You guys get it better than I have seen it. The halfway, finisher, and % complete are great workout companions. CG is my favorite. This workout for me was magnificent, I do your abs video all the time, I try to do ten to 15 minutes everyday, so when you drop this one it was right on time. Thank you Caroline you always amaze us with you skills and talents. 💕💕💕

I loved the combination of bodyweight and weighted abs. Dead bug is one of my absolute favorite ab exercises! I completed this after day 44of the epic 3 program.
I’m 20 weeks pregnant and HEAVILY modified this one. Did a lot of my own thing but I showed up, I feel great, and I got stronger. Thank you Caroline for all of your incredible work and for keeping us strong through all the seasons ❤️

You should do more of these. I personally love separate abs training, and not so much full body. I like to separate legs, abs, etc. And this video is actually really effective.

Started today doing your workouts for the very first time after had my daughter two years ago and gained so much weight. Lost myself and depressed to see myself in the mirror how far I became. I know is gonna be a long journey to be back at my original weight just need more encouragement but I love your videos thank you!
A solid core workout today! Really took it slow and tried to focus on that form. Definitely felt some shoulder soreness / activation from yesterday towards the end of the workout! Looking forward to seeing what's up tomorrow!

What a great ab workout for this morning Caroline! Loved it! I usually workout on my lunch break or later in the day, but in December I'm waking up with you as the workouts are short and sweet.
I am using this as complementary for Iron but this series, it seems to me a bit overlooked, and it stands on its own like a charm. Thank you Caroline, see you all guys on Sunday!
Wow this was HARD. First I was like "20min isn't that long", but I couldn't finish most of the exercises because it was so tough. Anyone able to keep up must have abs of steel. I'm definitely going to feel this tomorrow

You are my saviour. I was in the middle of epic III and after work, just returning to my car I had an ankle sprain a few days ago. I am trying to keep working out just in the floor avoiding weight bearing on the foot. I feel dissapointed because I was progressing a lot. Now I know it will take some weeks to begin the track as I was before but I feel gratitude because somehow You give us a lot of alternatives that I try to adapt to my new situation

Did about the first 10 minutes of this today without dumbbells. I'm posting this so that in a year or so, after consistently doing ab-specific workouts (and others), I can smash this entire workout with dumbbells!
I had to take a 15 second break here and there.
I always notice that my core have become a little stronger, I can focus on bettering my form now.
This felt amazing! Really hard, but rewarding!

So happy to see and experience this video. I have been a.grateful follower of Caroline’s upper body workouts since I discovered her after COVID lockdown from the gym. During the same time I have found Pilates inspired ab workouts to be most effective for my body. I think Caroline nailed it in this video and I would love to get more. Also want to do a shout out to her awesome production team. You guys get it better than I have seen it. The halfway, finisher, and % complete are great workout companions. CG is my favorite. Thanks to all who make it happen!
