My son used cream of tartar and oj to quit smoking. I use it, 1/8 tsp to get electrolytes along with magnesium and sea salt in my coffee to cover the taste. Living in wine country I buy at the store😄
Studies aren't done much on natural remedies, no money in it.

I'm getting over a bad cold, and my smoking did not help. I'm drinking hot extra strong mint tea with green tea to help me. Prays you heal well.🙏

What the ratio of COT to OJ?

Try a 1/4 or so in 8 ounces of orange juice and see how that tastes.
Try this for a couple weeks.
Keep track of how you feel to see if it's something that your body needs or no difference.
I am not a doctor, just a person that likes to experiment with natural things.

You didn't even mention how much people typically consume to help with resp[itory issues, so what was the point you tried to make?

Googled it, no scientific evidence as of March 2023 to support any respiratory benefit! For the record, I’ve been smoking for close to 60 years!!

No evidence doesn't mean anything. Big Pharma will not spend millions of dollars for clinical trials if they can't patent it to make billions in profit.
