My son used cream of tartar and oj to quit smoking. I use it, 1/8 tsp to get electrolytes along with magnesium and sea salt in my coffee to cover the taste. Living in wine country I buy at the store😄 Studies aren't done much on natural remedies, no money in it.
Try a 1/4 or so in 8 ounces of orange juice and see how that tastes. Try this for a couple weeks. Keep track of how you feel to see if it's something that your body needs or no difference. I am not a doctor, just a person that likes to experiment with natural things.
