3 - Cress seeds and honey are made into a paste.Eat one spoon of this mixture.
4 - Eat 50 or 100 grams of pine nuts and drink a glass of grape molasses immediately afterwards.
5 - Boil licorice root and drink a glassful of it.
6 - Drink one spoon of thyme oil.
Try each of the suggestions 3 times a day for a week.If you don't get results, try the other advice.

Great tea advice, also nebulize saline water with a drop of good quality iodine, saves you from using antibiotic for a chest infection. Every household should have a nebulizer.

They dont call tea tree oil, tea tree oil for no particular reason. The Aborigines would brew the leaves into a tea and inhaling the steam is great for the respiratory system.

By swallowing castor oil you will not only be able to cleanse your intestines but your body via the liver too. Here in TH-cam I have found far more than 70 recommendations to take daily 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach, this especially in India and in the surrounding area. But everyone should find out his optimal frequency to take castor oil: once, twice or thrice the month, once, twice or thrice the week, or (why not?) daily. Essential will be exclusively that you will do this regularly.

I’m going on 80 yrs now, but when we were kids, a week after Halloween my mother would give us dose of castor oil to clean out our system! 😂 In those days they didn’t flavor it and it tasted so disgusting I would go trick or treating and when I got home would hand her the bag so she could dole it out through the year!

Try a mustard plaster on your chest. You can use simple prepared mustard. Also if you have a juicer try juicing some romain lettuce and drinking it right away after juicing. Good luck.

Green unfortunately most are not told contains heavy metals that are hard on the body organs such as kidneys - and other chemicals from the sprays used. There is plenty of other teas/herbs that you will find great... with a simple Google research but warning get past the commercial adds. Green Tea like so many are mass-produced and requires fast grow and harmful sprays... always shop at your local herbal cottages / farms

Use at your own risk. You should try them separately first to check for allergic reactions before mixing. Mix only 2 at a time after you know you have no allergy. After trying all the 2 combos then try the 3, 4 or more. Still use caution, rub on skin then wait a while, sip and wait a while, etc. Be safe not stupid and sorry. This is chemistry after all mixing compounds so you should research a little for interactions. acids vs bases etc.
