    I love Anna’s workouts! I also really like referring her videos to friends of mine who are newer to working out-Anna does a great job of explaining each move, its benefits, and several modifications, which make her videos accessible for all levels.

    I loved this because all of the moves are pretty unique. its hard to find an arm workout that doesn't consist of biceps curls or tricep presses! It kept me engaged throughout.

    This was tough!! An isolated shoulder and upper arm exercise for sure. But it’s doable-Anna never kills us. She’s a mom who pushes her kid but would never be rough about it.

    A good low impact, interesting strength based workout. It's pretty easy to follow along with and all of the moves can easily be modified up or down.

    I loved this work out!!!! Not too tricky and tough but still a great exercise with many different small movements so not boring at all 😃

    I just got back to working out after a long time and this really was intense! Felt great at the end though, thanks for the enthusiasm and supportive energy Anna. Hands down my fave instructor on Popsugar Fitness! 😊

      just got back myself but was impressed I could still do quite a few push up without turning into a worm. Used to work out to Anna's 30 minute full body strength video and the Scarecrow move always has me putting down my wieghts by the 2nd round and it has a push up round too.

    Is this a new video ? I thought Anna left and most of the newer videos are not in studio anymore.
    Regardless I hope to see more of her in 2021. Her workouts are balanced. I hope she does more standing up only type videos (my knees are shot ☹️)

    When Anna said that we're going to need a towel I was like "Oh my, we're going to sweat a lot today". And then we actually used it on the warm up....Turns out, I needed it at the end as well hahahah. That was truly an effective workout! Thank you Anna, we missed you :D

    Amazing workout 💪 my favorite moves I love were: the triceps push-ups, woodchops move, skier move, arms with dumbbells twist with one leg up move a lot. 🤗

    This was soooo good. I actually resonate with earlier comments about Anna being the best. After having done most workouts here by a few trainers, I think Anna's workouts r easy and hard at the same time...for all levels. But satisfying at the same time. I will b coming back to this video for my upper body. For sure!

    Great workout to improve shoulder mobility and increase range of motion, thanks, Anna. Love the towel move. Wish you would still do training (with Popsugar or otherwise).

    Tough enough but I didn’t feel like there were enough arm exercises to call this an arm workout. Mostly should with a bit of arm and ab. Thank you though. Love the energy you bring to your workouts, Anna!
