    I have tried this exercise before....i suggest ladies with a spare tyre around their waist try it.....it literally works

    Started today. I will come and update about my result on day 7
    Today's status
    Waist - 36 in
    Weight - 57 kg
    On 8th day, as promised
    Waist - 35
    Weight- 55.6 kg
    Not a drastic change but then everyone is different and reacts differently to specific exercise.

    For those who aren’t seeing results, focus on your breathing as that is the key. Inhale and feel it in your belly then and exhale.

    Going to start today . I will post result after 1 week . My belly is 35 inches, lower belly is 44 inches .
    Day 2 : completed didn't notice any difference
    Day 3 : completed
    Day 4: done noticed slightly difference lost 1 cm from lower belly.

    it's work gyus......today is my 4th day......i check my mesurements before doing this.....my belly is reduce 1cm .....my waist line is reduce 1.5cm in 3 days......I follow a intermitted fasting with my nomal meals (rice & cury) but (less than before),,,,,thank u mam for share this amaizing results with us.........

But, I do understand that its a social platform and its bound to happen to have dislikes and hate comments, but that doesnt make it easy. I have tried another japanese method for 7 days and will be posting the video soon :)!

    I have been doing it for 12 days now twice a day for five mins each session. I haven't noticed anything but it helped constipation resolved not tummy.

      Didnt work for me too.
      I did 2 sessions of 15 minutes for each day for 1 week .
      Not an inch of belly or a gram of weight reduced.
      But I wish others get good results .
      Different body types react differently I guess.

    I dont follow any channel, but definitely would convey that consistent workout and healthy diet definitely makes the difference. I tried a 30 days challenge and successfully reduced belly fats, arm fats. Now working on core stamina building.
    Edit: forgot to mention. Have completely curtailed sugar. Instead of sugar, I use honey.

    I did get up, weighed and mesured my waist and did it for 15 mins, it was a little tough for 15 mins but i made it, set alarm on phone, will do for @ least 1 wk, love the video and shared it w/ ppl !!! ❤

      I did it for 15 mins that 1x and 5 mins for 2 more days and had 2 stop doing it cause i had back aches, kinda wondering if it is from being on hardwood floor w/o mat or towel 2 thick rolled up

    Okey!! You inspired me. You made it soo effortless. This method looks practical unlike others. Iam gonna try it for a week for 5 to 15mins a day just the way u did. Iam not going to complicate it. Complication just makes it worse.
    Day 1:
    waist length- 31inch
    1inch above belly button- 33.5inch
    Belly button Area- 35.5inch
    1inch below belly button- 35inch
    Looking forward for results ❤ will update after 1 week to encourage myself and others ❤
    Day1: Done.
    Did for 15mins (since i could last longer than 5mins). I closed my eyes, relaxed, observed my body and didn't strain by back. Last 3mins was difficult for me. Felt little burn in lower belly, calf and tricep region.
    Day2:Done
    Did it for 5mins. Yes, couldn't do it for 15mins. Not because it was difficult but i couldn't find time today.
    Day3:Done
    Did it for 15mins. It became uncomfortable in the last 6mins and became worse in the last 2mins.

    Hi I seen your video earlier today and I start doing this tonight at 10pm and my right foot start tingling, my right side butt cheek was a little numb and my right hand start tingling, I stayed in this position for 15 minutes.     Ok day 1 and man can you feel the pressure in your legs, back, mid section and arms. I’m excited to see the results. I played music that lasted 5 minutes to take my mind off of what I was doing it seemed to go by faster that way

      @@sanyuktapal4578 Hey … My belly reduced 3.5 inches after doing this for 15,16 days. But I got lazy and stopped doing it. I gained again … the belly is 2 inches back. Now I am going to start this again. This stretch really helps if one stays consistent.

    Well - it didn't do anything for my waistline👎
    NOTHING - NADA - NIENTE
    It is however quite nice for the back, just lying there and stretching it a little bit - even though I personally prefer different stretching exercises. The ones where you actually move the body! So ...
    I will NOT waste anymore time on this 'non-exercise' and will definitely NOT do the suggested four weeks.
    I'll carry on with my normal exercise routine (LWR fitness) it moves the body, makes me feel fit, energised and healthy.
    In my book it is much much better than just lying about touching pinkies. Bye now,take care everybody and ...

    I started doing this Japanese method 3 days ago October 5, 2020. And I have been searching for people that have had results and I found you I think you did a very good job and I'm just going to follow what you were doing 15 minutes I probably do 10 because I get very restless when I'm not moving but I had the first day that I did it I didn't do it I guess right but I tried the second night and I did it better and today October 8th I did it in the morning and then I saw you, so tonight I would do 5 more minutes or maybe I would add 10 minutes we'll see. I subscribed to your channel and I want to see more results and you look amazing

    I saw this in another video and I felt stretched out. I had to move slowly when getting up. I do feel it got easier as I continued to do it. Listening to relaxing music helped still my mind, body, and soul. In the beginning it was hard for me to stay still lol.

    I'm wondering how to reduce my postpartum belly after my second delivery especially after my second c section. Just seen this and right away I did for 14 mins.. Before doing this my waist size 35.5 inches and weight is 61.8. And now it's 35 inches and 61.6. For just doing for the 1st time I reduced half an inch and 200 gms..       @@panikattac484 I will surely make a video soon. I have a toddler at home with a full time job as a registered nurse. I have been so busy with work and kids :)! I have not gained my tummy fat back. It's pretty much the same. But, I am only doig this method as a way of maintaining. I am doing 2-3 times a week rathar than 7 times :)! Thank you for watching.

    hi Hema, I Will surely try the belly reducing method and comment if it works. I have a request , can you please teach us all health first aid methods starting from a to z, starting from the basics because there are people who don't even know what to do when one is injured. Forget about life-saving methods, we would love to learn step by step all methods even the simple band-aid how to wrap in a clear and right way. This way I am sure you will get a lot of subscribers since you are an expert.

    My Tommy was 39 inches and after doing different types of exercise and diet I lose 4 inches in 20 days so your change is seems quite unbelievable to me ,but I will surely try this
