    Rotate straight arms in small circles for 1 min
    Bring straight arms behind head, then forward. Then back again 1 min
    Stretch straight arms back and forth behind head for 1 min 30 secs

    I’ve been looking for something like this for years! I’m so insecure about my breast size because I feel like it makes me look older than I actually am. But the most difficult part about this will definitely be my diet cause I love eating sugar (lots of chocolate) and my parents cook a lot of carby foods cause of my ethnicity but I’ll do my part to change my diet and hopefully get my parents to change theirs too lol

    THANK YOU SO MUCH! My mom always says I’m getting fat but I’m not at all getting fat and it’s sad that I have to admit that it’s because of my breasts. People who are “flat” are really lucky I would wish to have there breast size because my breasts are very uncomfortable when it comes to tight clothes and just normal close. This helped a lot. ❤️❤️❤️

    I just wanna say you are my favorite when it comes to doing breast exercises! I come from a long line of people with big breasts (mostly from my mom’s side of the family), but when I started doing your exercises I saw significant changes and felt my cup size going down. Been doing them after playing a few rounds of DDR and your technique helps a lot! 👍❤️🏋️‍♀️

    Maybe this has saved me from going under the knife! I really am tired of surgeries and allergic to pain lol! After having the gastric bypass, I've lost 170 plus pounds but had gained 40 back because of sciatica and back pain, then lost 11. Still have another 50ish to go. I will try this in the morning!     Thank you, my chest started growing when I was 10, and being tall for my age as well so when I was 13 people mistaken me as 18, I had full grown men (20-35 year olds mostly) hitting on me all the time and it made me uncomfortable.

    As someone who has suffered with this problem since being a teenager,so much so my mum was actually looking into surgery for me,it has really impacted my life. But now as an adult responsible for myself, I've actually made changes to my own life for the better, being able to buy underwear off the rack in any shop, for one is a big thing for me. Not having to hunt out specialty shops, that cater to larger sizes was such a pain. Being able to wear nice summer outfits, not having to worry about showing too much boob, oh god what a difference,plus of course the dreaded constant back pain & as stupid as it may sound to someone who doesn't suffer with this problem,the sleepless nights, because your boobs are really uncomfortable & hot & getting in your way!!!! Oh how I really don't miss that at all!!!!

    I use a stretch band rather than a scarf, it feels so good - just saw this video now - have lost almost 100 pounds and breast size has never changed, definitely genetics for me. Whenever I do exercises like this my breasts are definitely more perky and it helps with my posture ☺️

      I gained about 20 pounds. my boobs and thighs trippled in size. My shoulders and back hurts and it's hard to breath when sleeping on my back. I'm too petite for this load. I'm losing weight now but my breast aren't shrinking at all. 😭

    Guys it's working! I always had a problem to find a bra, because my breasts are big and one is actually little bigger than the other, so it never perfectly fit. I did these exercises 2 timas a day and now is my 4th day and my bra fits🎉🎉🎉

    These exercises will be good for my shoulders too. I've thought my breasts are too big and were big because of having my baby and the breast feeding too long. They never went back.

    tried this today and lemme tell ya --- MY ARMS ARE SORE!!! but the best kind of sore, if you get what i mean. i've always been insecure about my breasts (36d & skinny-ish) to the point that i feel almost embarrassed about them. it's harder for me to find the right bras and i can barely find any bras that fit me in stores nowadays. it also makes my back pain worse some days (i have scoliosis with screws & rods in my back anyways, so it's kinda hard to tell the difference). and by the end of the day, they start to sag to the point i am eager to take off my bra. hopefully these exercises will help!

I could feel the workout in my arms and underarms. I hope the workout will help. My problem has been with me since my Thyroid started to die on me.     tbh I've tried a lot of breast exercise and nothing happened but this one literally amazed me the way I can feel the burn in my chest the seconds I do her exercise. I am still on my day 2 of starting the exercise but I am very excited for the results :)

    Thank you so much for this! I’ve been insecure about my body since I was in middle school, because my breasts were a bit bigger than most of the girls. I’m now 20, struggling with h sing triple D cups. I can’t even sleep on my stomach, because it hurts so much. I even thought about having a surgery to remove most of my breast fat. But that costs sooo much money and I’m only 20, so it’s a bit difficult to afford as a young adult. I’m so glad this video doesn’t talk about “necessary” surgeries I need to undergo.       Either times are fine. I do mine in the afternoon but that's just me, I'm pretty sure timing doesn't matter, just as long as you do it
