As someone who has suffered with this problem since being a teenager,so much so my mum was actually looking into surgery for me,it has really impacted my life. But now as an adult responsible for myself, I've actually made changes to my own life for the better, being able to buy underwear off the rack in any shop, for one is a big thing for me. Not having to hunt out specialty shops, that cater to larger sizes was such a pain. Being able to wear nice summer outfits, not having to worry about showing too much boob, oh god what a difference,plus of course the dreaded constant back pain & as stupid as it may sound to someone who doesn't suffer with this problem,the sleepless nights, because your boobs are really uncomfortable & hot & getting in your way!!!! Oh how I really don't miss that at all!!!!

Guys it's working! I always had a problem to find a bra, because my breasts are big and one is actually little bigger than the other, so it never perfectly fit. I did these exercises 2 timas a day and now is my 4th day and my bra fits🎉🎉🎉

tbh I've tried a lot of breast exercise and nothing happened but this one literally amazed me the way I can feel the burn in my chest the seconds I do her exercise. I am still on my day 2 of starting the exercise but I am very excited for the results :)

tried this today and lemme tell ya --- MY ARMS ARE SORE!!! but the best kind of sore, if you get what i mean. i've always been insecure about my breasts (36d & skinny-ish) to the point that i feel almost embarrassed about them. it's harder for me to find the right bras and i can barely find any bras that fit me in stores nowadays. it also makes my back pain worse some days (i have scoliosis with screws & rods in my back anyways, so it's kinda hard to tell the difference). and by the end of the day, they start to sag to the point i am eager to take off my bra. hopefully these exercises will help!

Maybe this has saved me from going under the knife! I really am tired of surgeries and allergic to pain lol! Guys it's working! I always had a problem to find a bra, because my breasts are big and one is actually little bigger than the other, so it never perfectly fit. I did these exercises 2 timas a day and now is my 4th day and my bra fits🎉🎉🎉

tbh I've tried a lot of breast exercise and nothing happened but this one literally amazed me the way I can feel the burn in my chest the seconds I do her exercise. I am still on my day 2 of starting the exercise but I am very excited for the results :)

I was trying to lose weight for my brothers wedding and started doing these workouts and i did a diet too and i lost about 3.5 kg in only one week !! And all of my relatives and friends in the wedding pointed out that i look skinnier and that i lost a lot of weight
So yeah I recommend doing these workouts especially if you’re on a diet! I hope you all gain the weight that you always wished for 💜

Either times are fine. I do mine in the afternoon but that's just me, I'm pretty sure timing doesn't matter, just as long as you do it

I just wanna say you are my favorite when it comes to doing breast exercises! I come from a long line of people with big breasts (mostly from my mom’s side of the family), but when I started doing your exercises I saw significant changes and felt my cup size going down. tried this today and lemme tell ya --- MY ARMS ARE SORE!!! but the best kind of sore, if you get what i mean. i've always been insecure about my breasts (36d & skinny-ish) to the point that i feel almost embarrassed about them. it's harder for me to find the right bras and i can barely find any bras that fit me in stores nowadays. it also makes my back pain worse some days (i have scoliosis with screws & rods in my back anyways, so it's kinda hard to tell the difference). and by the end of the day, they start to sag to the point i am eager to take off my bra. hopefully these exercises will help!
