Thank you so much! I am a 45 yr old woman and I never have cravings or hunger during the daytime when working but only at night after work and especially while watching tv I crave chips chocolates icecream maggi etc! While I don’t have diabetes my hba1c last year has risen and I want to bring it back to before when it was around 5.1 again or less if possible. I am lacto vegetarian and I happen to love soya and tofu! These tips are so helpful! Especially the chat masala tomato onion base with eggs/tofu!
Hello Sir, I truly appreciate the informative videos you regularly share. I recently came across a study suggesting donkey milk might have benefits for type 2 diabetes. Could you possibly do a short video discussing this? Looking forward to it, thank you, Sir!
Thank you doc.. nice tips.. I really like having healthy snacks in hand to avoid binging processed foods.. the only thing that works for me is to goto bed early to avoid eating late at night..
