Thanks for the information. You say verity of exercises but in the TH-cam there are videos emphasis to do particular exercises every day. For example take pushup. I doubt this suggestion because after a strength training, you need 48 hours recovery time to build up new muscles.
TH-cam is a resource for exercise like for information. It’s not as good as a personal coach but is better than not knowing anything about an exercise,
How many pushups can you do . Generally 15 to 20 in a stretch is pretty good . More than that you have to train endurance and strength. Once you do 20 basic push ups go for harder variations .
@@DrSanthoshJacob I do 50 military push-ups alternate days. That mean 15, 15, 10, 10 rep with 1 min interval. My minimum target is 40 military push-ups within a minutes. Because recent research shows that if one can do like this CVD's risk factor is 4%.
