Hi sir thanks for the response. Sir waiting for video about carpel tunnel syndrome. Food, exercises, things to be done and not to be done. I had sciatic pain in my right leg. Took ayurvedic treatment and now I am doing good but still if I sit prolong I get little bit of pain. Only walking helps me out.
